That's kinda the point of testers, is it not? What is fixed on their systems and their network might not be wide spread or potentially caused by another issue they haven't fixed yet. It's really sad to see how many people think game development is a single line of code that just works all the time and the only reason it's not fixed is because they are too lazy or incompetent to do anything about it. You paid to buy into a Pre-alpha and then again choose to join the PTU of that. Deal with it.

Again, just because it's broken for mass wide release of a PTU doesn't mean that internally they just released a broken fix intentionally. There are a lot of companies who release fixed to the live game that aren't quite fixed, or have caused additional issues. Just don't get really sad that you're a part of a mass test realm specifically designed for testing to see if fixes are fixed and turns out they aren't..

The public one is meant for feedback and to be closed when confirmed fixed (unless it's a system where people can actually request reopening of the case). When they mark it as fixed, it's no longer open for feedback and people will have to restart the process of making a new case, reporting the exact same, getting the required feedback from more users, before it is even looked at again. I'm not sad to be part of a test realm, only to be forced to make new cases for same issues multiple times just because they're wrongfully marked as fixed.

Cool find on the scanner turret! The Cutlass Red's turret does the same, by the way. And has a light attached to it, so you can steer the spotlight. Does the Terrapin have a spot light on the scanner?
Based on the teaser at CitCon, the medical Terrapin does not seem to have a bed for logging out. Also, I would love to know whether the MISC Starlancers come with a Large hangar when they are available.

At least the turtle has a ramp, in EPTU gear, ramp and door are missing, it's just the flying body, you can't even enter. But it seems they actively working on it
Good video but I must point out, that you could always swap paints on the Cutlass (I have the black and the red). Same with the Cutters (I have all three), and the same with the Connies (I have the Phoenix and the Taurus). In fact, any ships that have variants can swap paints between them for years now.

The Medical terrapin has no bed. Just the medical bed, as per the IAE Teaser flythrough. The logout bed was replaced with the medical terminal, and the shoilet was removed in favor of getting around the medical bed. The way to the pilot seat is now sectioned off by two glass doors that act as a detox chamber in the medical terrapin. We don't know what tier the medical bed is. Not even leaks knows.
The shades on the door and the ramp on the Terrapin had been fixed in the last patch, now they are bugged again. No wonder, they need so much time for this game when bugs always return

The terrapin VTOL animations are also messed up. The engines should be splayed during VTOL and aligned during flight. They are currently straight in VTOL and splayed in flight. You can see this when you are looking at the terrapin in this vid and comparing to the current live build
Is that Cutlass paint thing in new for the patch? Currently you can't apply every paint from the black to the others... You can apply a lot of them, but some look very different (the Coalfire) and some (like the skull and crossbones one) aren't even an option. Just thought I'd mention it in case someone bus a pint and is disappointed.
No, if you don't have it, you wont ever have it, its a BIS paint, you could easily get the next BIS paints for the cost of a CCU, no need to have the ship in your hangar.

Concerning a bed in the Medpin: Remember, they're doing away with bedlogging entirely and you'll just pick up where you left off when you come back to the game.
For me it looks like fixed issues come from JIRA and not from build characteristic. This is alligned with what CIG sad that what is fixed it's not going automatically to newly deployed builds.
What about the fucked up mining loop, has that been fixed ie...rock mass, modules working like the stampede and surge, the doors to the two side lasers, do they stay open now?

The pirate paint can only be applied to the Cutlass Black. Unless something has changed.
You can set a keybind to enter remote turrets so you don't have to search for a button and you can use them from different seats too

Moving parts turning very dark and not reacting to light that good is in many ships. Hurricane's turret and Prowler's backdoor as well for example.
Wonder if the Cutty red screens are fixed as well. Also stinks medi-pin is only a T3 but for the price I guess it’s expected.
