Hiking in Romania, Bucegi Mountains: Busteni city - Cabana Diham hut - Predeal city

The hiking trail in this video is in the Muntii Bucegi mountains. On the first day, from the railway station in Busteni tourist resort we follow the trail marked with the red band waymark, which ascends to the Cabana Gura Diham chalet and the Cabana Poiana Izvoarelor hut, to the Poiana Pichetul Rosu meadow, which lasts from 3:30 to 4 hours. Further on, for about an hour, from Poiana Pichetul Rosu meadow we follow the footpath marked with the red dot waymark to Cabana Diham hut, where we’ll spend the night. On the second day, for about 45 minutes, from Cabana Diham hut we followed the mountain trail marked with the red dot waymark to the Valea Frasinet valley. Next, we follow the trail marked with the blue band waymark, for 3 - 3:30 hours, which leads us to Cabana Steaua chalet, National Road 73 A, Muntele Galma Mare mount and railway station in Predeal tourist resort, the end of this trip.

Duration: 3 - 3.30 hours
Total duration: 8.15 - 9.30 hours
