It sucks that Raditz wasn't with them. It would have made his survival a lot more believable than just being alone until then. Where was he all this time?
He was with them, lol. It’s possible they split up prior to the game’s events like how Nappa was separated. They also seemed to take it out on him for what Freezer does to all of them.

Raditz wasn’t strong enough Vegeta made quick work of the strongest saibamen they had to be As strong as or stronger than Raditz the planets they went to had aliens stronger than him he most likely was to weak to be with them on missions

This DLC was cool and fun, im curious where Raditz was. It would be Awesome if a full game of Vegeta, Nappa, and Raditz was made of them 3 conquering and selling planets across the universe before they came to Earth
Yeah good idea. Although dragon ball GT should be the next DLC I hope they give us the cool space fights, giru Rildo, baby, super 17, and especially the fight with nova and ice and omega. Gt gets better and better on rewatch knowing what super is...still fun game but super anime is mid low. They got magic beans and grew failure with that anime. I'm trying to find some excuse for Dragon Ball super like brilliant and I'm just too dumb to understand it I mean I'd watch the whole series but from what I've seen it is not the successor to Dragon Ball Z I think Dragon Ball GT deserves that Spot Canon or not. Every time I think about goku not knowing what a kiss is I want to build a nuclear weapon and aim it at Akira Toriyama. Maybe I'm just a mad millenial lol But yeah dlc for this game is nearly endless with all the movies too. All the sub plots and unseen stuff. Like we could see goku in other world and how he trained to get ss3. New items big ass weights for ankles and wrists lol
wasted oportunity to show some scenes with King Vegeta or him meeting Raditz, the latter to tie with the main story, because he was also Bardock's son, and watching him as a child may settle him even more for his future encounter with his brother

The issue why they didn’t show Raditz is because they didn’t try to mix dragon ball minus with the episode of bardock and there was no kid Raditz design so they just didn’t bother with it
Short and sweet DLC shows just how powerful vegeta has been since he was a kid. I felt so powerful. Bardock expansion is worth the money. Ive completed it main story but bardock can still level up, new stuff is unlocked in training. But im on to the 23rd world tournament now.
Yes he was destroying planets and pursuing power. I like that he ravaged the people who talked down to him in this expansion during main story of show.
You would think they would come up with less repetition dialog while they are fighting. I want it to be like a real DBZ episode with more destruction and more dialog in the fight.
The game seems to have a lot of mob fights. which aren't very narrative heavy. theyre just there to be there. I don't think theyre bad, but with so many of them, the amount of unique dialogue probably had to take a backseat.
I wish there was more lore with character depth for vegetas background. it would also be a good place to intertwine frieza force lore, ginyu force lore, etc. But I guess DBZ has never really been too heavy on the lore building lol.
As I enjoyed watching this great video game Dragon Ball Z Kakarot, it's the first time noticing to see that Nappa did had hair before he was bald (Impressive 😏)! 👍🏿

I prefer the traditional hand to hand combat as done by older games such as Budokai 1, 2 and 3. The battles feel more personal and technical in those games. Additionally, the colouring or hue of DBZ kakarot looks a bit strange. It looks like it is always afternoon in this game.

this dlc isnt about king vegeta or raditz, its about bardock. and the only reason vegeta was here is to show us how he survived
