Andre .... hi. I'm new to your channel and will follow form here-on out. I too have an S22, am a Brit...BUT now I'm retired ( so a tad older than yourself) - and live now in The Algarve, Portugal - where the weather is much more conducive. The terrain here is varied from 'coastal flat' to 'inland hilly'-- so plenty of ride variety here. I enjoy your presentation style and from this video, can easily state I do not miss UK winters at all!. Please keep you video-diaries coming.

Awesome and thank you Rick. I must say I dont complain too much about the weather but this year its just been going on and on. The flooding has just been mad and I have not seen water like this in the 12 years I have been here. Thank you for the follow and I can think the weather is just much better your side. But we need to hold out, keep the head down and hope for better weather on the weekends. lol. I will keep them coming. Have a great day.

Go for the Eride Pedals! I put mine on for the 1st S22 ride when it delivered. So good! It almost feels safe! No regrets.
Nice thank you for the tip. I have been checking them out but I am also in two minds to move the wheel on and get a Patton or Lynx but they both of them are heavier and I am going to have to pay a lot to upgrade. Maybe I just keep this one and as you say do some upgrades.
@Andre-Mostert The Lynx really has me tempted too! It's just such an expensive wheel right now.
This is the same for me too. That is more than a motorbike and that is just a bit too much for a second wheel. So I will have to keep the S22 a bit more.
Where are you based in the UK? I'm in Cambridgeshire and everywhere is flooded around here so no "fun" rides lately. Still riding everyday because the Sherman is my only transport since I gave up the car and I have to commute. Not been much fun at 5am in this weather lately 😢 Roll on spring/summer! Ride safe!

Yes its not great at the moment. My route at the moment to the office is not passable with all the mud and rain. Half of the road section is also under water. I cannot wait for the rain to stay away just so that the ground get some time to drain and the ground becomes a bit more ridable. Keep safe and enjoy that Sherman. That is one of the wheels I do miss.
Just out of interest, Andre, what miles do you have on your S22?
I will have to go and check for you and post it up here tonight.
