Pretty much all positive encounters with the public and police.
NIce that is always good to hear. I think its only if you cause problems that you going to have a bit of trouble. Thanks for the comment and feedback.
@@Andre-Mostert To be honest. My first encounter with the police was the first time I tried esk8 lol They were cool. Asked me a few questions about it as they seemed generally interested. 3 years later, I meet up with a guy who apparently spoken to the same officers as he was on his Onewheel. Only had one bad encounter with a member of public.
Most people seem to react positively to my EUC, they are usually curious about how long it takes to learn. whether you fall off, how it works, the usual questions. I like talking to people on route, part of the experience of the ride out. I filmed a ride I made with my Brother-in-law on the Isle of Wight, apart from that not too many EUC videos from me lately. Have been doing other things. Have been doing some home jobs and stuff to do with other hobbies, radio in particular but not sure how that mixes with EUC videos. but perhaps I should do a few and see how they are received.
Great thanks for the feedback. But on the other point. If you not making money from youtube just make a video and upload it. Its sharing your experiences and you never know there might be people that want to watch it. I do this for fun as I like to make videos and I like sharing my riding. It also allows me to page back and see what I have done. Its also for the family to keep track on what I do. Go for it.
@@Andre-Mostert My thoughts entirely, as to the family watching it. I tell them I have posted and a few days later ask what did you think of my video, only to find they didn't watch it - oh well. I'm threatening to cross them off my Xmas list 🙂
lol, yes I get the same but at least its up there and for me its a reference on what I did. Makes it like a book of stuff I have done.
I have the same wheel, Andre, which is my third wheel. I am ok with it. Changing wheels, motorbikes, and cars is a mug's game if they do the job; the longer you hold them, the better the value
Nice and I do agree. Still really enjoy this wheel but I would like to ride the others to see how they feel. If I can find a wheel with a smoother suspension I might jump. Keep well and thank you for the comment.
I discovered this on my bike recently.
They have replaced mine now the second time and I did a quick 40 mile ride and it was good. But we will see when I spend a bit more time on the bike. I hope this is now sorted as its not a great feeling on the bike. Hope you can get yours sorted out too.
My recommendation is skip the motion 3 and just do fpv controller. I know you know your stuff but fpv controller is 10x better
Mmmm interesting comment. I will have to think about this one. You see what I really enjoy about the motion 3 when I had my avata 1 was just how smooth you can fly it and also how you really get that feeling of stick flying a plane well at least in my head lol. I also want to give this to my daughter to get her into it. I will have to think about this one. Thanks for watching and the comment.
Did dji secretly tone down the contrast and exposure because I can almost swear the initial videos of neo were absolute thrash.
I think they will keep on fine tuning it now that they have had some feedback and people complain about stuff. Its almost like they drop the basics and then fine tune from there. I hope they can up the speed even more with the new new firmware.
For Direction Track, the system locks on to your position after you pause for a few seconds. If it’s in front of you, and you pause your movement, then turn to its side, then start walking again, it’ll track from your side. Each time you pause for about 3 seconds, it uses the new position to track from. But yes, if you move too quickly, it defaults to follow mode.
Oooh I will have to test this. That is an interesting test. Thanks for the comment.
@@Andre-Mostert Looking forward to that test. Side-tracking can make for nice videos !
Awesome thanks for the comment.
the front camera AI tracking
Correct and I hope they can keep on fine tuning it. Thanks for watching and the comment.
Latest firmware makes it even better, had no issues at all as long as it has time to lock on to your head, great kit for the money👍. I use the DJI mic which improves the sound quality and have invested in the controller for my motorcycle trips.
Yes I am all updated to the new firmware just need to get out and test it. I also invested in the new mic and Action 4 combo. Super impressed with it. But as you say it might even be better to just fly with the drone and use the mic for the audio as its not that loud. Thanks for watching and the feedback.
Interesting video, I like this Neo (always with me) and also because I have the DJI ecosystem: Mini 2, Mini Pro 3, Avata 2 and Air 3S. I come from Belgium
Awesome and thanks for watching. That is a great range of drones. I was super keen to upgrade from the Avata 1 to the 2 but just did not have the money at that time. So with the neo it really does a great job to have a cheaper fun drone. I know the speed is not going to last as the Avata is way faster and more fun but if you make the course more of a challenge then the slower speed can also be fun. I am looking forward to getting the N3 goggles and the motion 3 to have some light FPV fun. Keep well and thanks for watching.
Thanks a lot mate
Did you get one, they are now hard to come by here in the UK as my local dealer has moved.
Hi mate, i have one with a similar problem. I hear a ticking noise when using the front brake until i get down to about 20mph, then it disappears. I mentioned it at the first service, which was today, and they said it's not enough of a problem to put a claim in haha. To be honest, i dont really feel it juddering or anything, can just hear it. Cheers!
Thanks for the feedback. Yes mine is pulsing like a disc that is warped and this is at any speed. But because you are slowing down to a stop or traffic light is just pretty annoying as the rear brake does not do it. They are now going to replace the front one again so we will see. I will keep you posted when I get the bike back. Now the next thing is that they are waiting on the parts. This is another thing. How can it be so hard to find a new disc and pads. lol
Check the suspension aligment, it might be twisted a bit, love the bike and i had an issue with the factory pads it ate the front one in 3,200 km most of them on the road, i changed them for some EBC sintered and its been another 4,700 km with no issues cheers!! Hope they find a solution its a wonderful little bike!
Awesome thank you. They are now going to replace it again. It looks like the ones they replaced the first round was also not good.
In India, there was a recall this April to replace the front brake lever (under warranty).. just sharing
Awesome thank you. Hope they will sort this out too. Will have to see but good to have the feedback. Thank you
I use front 27psi rear 34psi for road use I would drop that for off road
Nice that is pretty much what I am also running. So far great on the road. Impressed with the tyres too.
What's the tyre pressure you have on both wheels?
The tyres are on the recommended pressure of 1.80 bar front and 2.3 bar at the rear. The funny thing is that the rear brake is perfect. This is also not under hard braking just normal slow down to any stop. Very weird.
The disc is warped because I've only just gone for it's first service and I've the same issue. The brake lever pulses.
Yes but this is only on the front brake for some reason. Mine was happening since I had the bike. I thought when I got it the guy that had the bike before me for the 150 miles must have used the brake so much to warp it but it feels to me like a different problem. Its going in this morning and its staying with them so we will see.
@@Andre-Mostert it's a manufacturing problem. A you tube vid of Nathanthepostman said he'd got it also.
This is correct but this is now the second one. Mine was already replaced but if this was replaced with a bad disc then I hope it sorted on the second round.
@richardbowley can you link that video too? Facing the same disc warp issue with mine and they are not ready to change it under warranty. I'm following up though.
I can say that most of the dealers I have spoken to know about this problem. Its only the front one as far I understand. They replace it with a newer version so new disc and pads and all the bolts that go with it. Its a long old process as they might be able to get a replacement disc but getting the pads and the bolts take another few weeks. I am now waiting a week for them to get the spares. But the bike it with them.
Could it be the ABS system?
I will mention this to the guys but it does not feel like the ABS is engaging but it might be the sensor playing up. Thanks for the pointer.
I’ve seen other TH-camrs switch their original Scrambler brake pads to sintered brake pads. If the brake disk isn’t warped than it has to be pads, ABS sensor/software, brake pistons leaking, piston seals, etc.
Nice I will mention to them to give them a heads start. Thanks again for the pointers.
A scrambler não usa pra não cravar Qq moto tipo trail não usa Asfalto é outra lógica Aqui na terra dos índios a moto é excelente
Many thanks for the feedback. I only use the bike on the roads and some light gravel nothing heavy at all.
Talk about waffle, been in UK too long
Very true lol, thanks for the comment.
I put a ziptie so can hold it close to the rim..
That is a good idea. I will keep that in mind. Thanks for the comment.
Andre .... fantastic. Thank for this demo---- I have exactly the same valve clearances on my S22 Pro as you showed. I think I will still get the system (dual sensors) as it will be perfect for my electric scooter and also for my Mten Mini. Have you seen Duf's recent issue in Florida where it seems low tyre pressure caused his tyre to slip and bust out the valve stem - causing catastrophic blow out and a high speed crash, right into moving traffic.? He was very lucky that day! I do not want that, so I may keep looking for an internal sensor system (like my BMW motorcycle) but only if the S22 can take a tubeless tyre ( I think not but who knows). Thanks again - catch you in your next video.
Awesome yes the internal systems would be better. I keep a close eye on the tyre pressure even without the sensor fitted as I dont really want to go down with a low pressure tyre and it can also come off the rim like I had a few years back on a MTB trail on a MTB. Tyre had a slow puncture and because I was running tyres without beeds it just came off. Front wheel just went sliding away and I was doing push ups on the gravel lol. Yes we put a lot of trust in the wheels and I also dont want to come off anymore. I have also been looking at some scooters like the RS or the Kaabo Mantis/GT. We will see. Thanks for the comment and otherwise the system works great.
DUF had a nasty fall, I think low tyre pressure was the problem leading to a chronic valve failure. For myself I check the tyre pressure before every ride. Jobs involving small parts on a table full of holes - what could possibly go wrong 🙂
lol that is so true about the table with the holes and then the deck underneath is also full of holes lol. Risky indeed. Yes I have not seen his video and its on my list to catch up. I also keep a close eye on pressure before each ride. I will rather check then just go. Have a good weekend
Can you change the sound when you hold it down? From a beep beep beep to a solid beep?
I dont know, I will have to check. I must say I did not spot this option in the manual. I think the smaller one has more configuration options. I will check the manual again this evening.
@@Andre-Mostert I figured it out it’s weird it switches from the long beep to fast beeping when you hold it down
@@goatguy4938 Awesome thanks for the feedback and glad it sorted.
I have this disc lock, got it as a bundle with a chain from amazon. Now expecting mine to stop working after 6 months... I find it super fiddly to unlock unless you're incredibly precise, often causing me to set the alarm off while taking it off. Got any others you recommend?
Super true very fiddly for what its supposed to do. I am looking at a few and I must say I might steer away from the ones with the alarm. I am looking at the option for an disc lock and then airtag combo. Something in that line. I do like the disc lock idea as its in your face and its easy to lob in my backpack compared to the chain I have that weigh as much as the bike lol. I might also look at one that is sold secure rated so I can register it and if they brake it I can claim some money back. Will keep you posted.
Congrats! I got mine about a month ago, very happy so far. Cheers from Brazil.
Awesome hope you get some good miles on the bike. Here in the UK its raining like mad so not great for riding but I try and get out as much as possible.
@@Andre-Mostert same here, 5 raining days so far... can't wait. Thanks man, same to you
If riding in rain U gotta get the tyre hugger. Otheriwse it will stain ur back and the pillian with mud and water.@@Andre-Mostert
Good luck, might get out this morning but its looking like rain a bit later.
This is so true, a good hugger makes a massive difference.
I had the same experience except i was on a brand new black top. As soon as i was right about top speed the nose just went straight down and sent me flying far . I have road rash from top to bottom. Never experienced that before.but I'm pretty sore right now . Now i can't get it to stop tilting back right when i start moving forward. What's wrong with it?
Not great to fall on these wheels as you most of the time cannot outrun the fall. Mine was only doing this when I ride on very rough surfaces. What you can do is to fully charge it and then do a calabration via the app to make sure the wheel and the foot peddals are level. That might sort it out. Hope this helps. Otherwise its best to reach out to a dealer to see if they can sort it
🤙🏽⚡️🤟🏽⚡️👌🏽
Thanks for the comment.
Hey thanks for the video. Could you please share some info regarding your weight, the preload and damping set up? Thanks.
I am about a 80kg rider and acording the the manual this is where the suspension is setup for. I must say I did not make and changes to the front and the rear. I found that it handeled the UK bad roads pretty well and gave me good support. I am also about 178cm tall if that helps. Pretty nice bike. Looks great, sounds sweet and nice and slim if you want to filter traffic.
@@Andre-Mostert Thanks, much appreciated!

I like when the weather turns cold without snow. I dont see that much anymore
Yes at the moment its wind and rain and its getting chilly. But I agree I dont mind the cold I just dont like it when its a mud pool lol. Roll on winter I am ready
can you change the distance or the hight of flalow mode?
Yes you can, you have the option of low, med and high and then close medium and far. Pretty neat and I can think they will keep on optimising the settings as more people feedback or want more out of it.
Cool. Planning on getting this but it's still not available in the United States. I thought it could go faster than that. Still, I think it could be good for some B-roll.
Hi Marty, yes not very fast but its such a small drone and so light that it just dont have the power like the bigger Avata 2 FPV drone. But for some b-roll and just a little drone to have with you on a ride to capture some different angle its pretty neat. Only thing to keep in the back your mind is that it does not like wind and this is where the mini 3/4 pro can help. Keep well.
70 kph would be great:) I should have bought a Skydio...
Yes the Skydio had such a great start but then they closed the public side down. I would have bought one as its nice to have a drone that you can use for the tracking. But in tight MTB trails the Insta360 is still the best option.
If only you were able to find a roundabout to test against.
If the weather hold I hope to get out tomorrow for a nice ride. The mornings are getting coolish lol Keep well and thanks for the comment.
Williams Donald Thomas Brenda Perez Jeffrey
I dont understand lol
Can you try tracking while you're riding your EUC? (from front and rear) I'm curious what's the max real it will keep up
Next video on its way. Just putting it together a short little one. Thanks for the comment.
@@Andre-Mostert Awesome! I heard it doesn't track from the front and fly backwards very well
Again if you know how to control it it does a good job but its tricky and you need a bit of practice to get it to do what you like. But we are on firmware version 1 and there are loads of scope to sorting the bits out. It can only get better with time and feedback from more people. I would love to fly this with the fpv goggles and remote.
Very cool video of the Scrambler. I am thinking about ordering one for me and it would be my first one. Do you think it will suite good for everyday ride? I am 6'4 tall btw.
I would think so. Its such an easy bike to ride and its tall enough for most people. Best to do is to see if you can go to a dealer and sit on one. You are tall and from the seat to the pegs might make it too cramped but its best to go and sit on one.
*Yewwh!* 🤙🏽⚡️🤟🏽⚡️👌🏽
Cheers for the comment
Hi you have had it a while, hkws it been and whats it like up hill?
Its been great, working like a beast. The motor for my weight is great (80kg). I very rarely need to really put in any power from my side. We have a pretty steap hill from the canal to the house and myself and my wife has been loving the power. Its not a 500w motor but it has enough. Its also a light bike compared to the others that are much more weighty.
Do you still have to work with 2.5m subs? Well done btw👍
Have I read it wrong? It says 2.53K
haha, I wish. I only do this to learn new skills and to also share my experiences on the bits I buy. Thanks for the comment.
Love your work Andre👍

Thanks man, much appreciated.
Looks to go higher than hover assume that due to manual mode? Mine went back waiting for the hover x1 pro
This is the key difference is that you can fly it with the controller in the fly more combo like a normal DJI mini so the same app functions apply. Return to home and all the standard drone settings. So fly with the phone app or on its own or with the controller with O4 transmission like the Avata 2, Air 2s and the Mavics. You can even use the goggles 2 with the Motion controller 3 or the RC 3. Pretty nice if you have the newer drones
Pretty green ❤😊 please stay connected ❤😊

This is exactly the video I was looking for. Currently sitting between the choice of a new 660 sport vs a 1 year old 3500mile 850 for exactly the same price. I’m looking for something fun in the 40-60mph twisty roads. Like Wales, and then do the commute in summer and the odd tour with my wife. I feel the 660 is the right bike. Integrated luggage also helps. How is the Triumph heated grips heat on the 660? I have to say though, if you look for “fun factor” then you need to try the Husqvarna 701/ KTM 690 - in town and twisties it is the most fun bike ever. 150kg. But not a lot of wind protection and not really good for any pillion unless it’s only 10km or less :) Happy riding!
Yes this is the thing, I am always looking for a bike that can do as much of the riding as what I like doing and the 660 is a great do it all bike. If you are a heavier rider and looking for 1000cc power then you need to look for a bigger cc bike. The heated grips works well as this is the one thing I have on all my bikes. The Tenere 700 I had was awful. One luke warm on and the other one was not great either. The 850Sport is the other side. You have more power for two up riding and more luggage. You will also have some more weather protection. Then its the engine. The 660 is a road bike style engine and sounds sweet when you rev it where the 850 is more a Adv bike sound if that makes sense. Both bikes are great and both sounds good. The 850 Sport you will also have a bit more space where the 660 is a bit more compact. But I am basting this one my riding style and rider weight. Hope this helps a bit. If I was you I would like to try and test ride both and see what one you like more.
Hi again ... I use a Pidzoom mirror and it works just fine for me. I would get the tyre management system, but i don't see how the cap can be made to fit the valve stem as it touches the motor(?) I too have an S22 and would like to know if you needed to make any mods for it to fit? Nice chit-chat - like those.
Thanks for the feedback Rick. I will fit the unit to my S22 again as its currently on my motorbike where it works great. I would have liked the screen to be brighter but I use it for the alert and to just glance down to check if all is OK. Its a nice to have. I will do a little video to show it fitted to my S22. I did a quick test and it cleared but it might be that my valve is in another direction.
Showing it fitted would be great ... if you managed to fit it with the same limited space mine seems to have - I might just get the system --cheers
Wanted to do a vid this weekend but it smashed it down with rain. I did try it on my MTEN4 and it worked but I will sort out a video soon.
Awesome! 👍
How long have you been using the wrist mirror? I’m not sure if I’ll be able to get used to the PIDZOOM helmet mirror.
Mmmm interesting as I have the Pidzoom helmet mirror here in the box still to fit. The wrist mirror I have been using for about 2 years now and its been spot on. The only reason I want to move to the helmet mirror is that I dont want to look down I just want to glace to see if there is someone behind me. What are you finding with the helmet mirror that does not work for you?
Lots of thieves burn the cars after stealing them.
Yes this is what I also tought, very weird to see.
