Hello, I can't really say it's better here in Victoria because it depende sa budget, yung location ng work, etc. Ok naman both states pero Sydney's cost of living is more expensive, although depende sa work rates, minsan mas mataas pa din. Both states are good, it just depends on the circumstance.. Hope that helps! :)

Honestly po, kun iccompare natin ang property prices dito sa Philippines, mahal po talaga dito. Pero.. depende po sa budget na ipupundar nyo na house, depende rin po sa location, and depende din po sa tyaga natin magtrabaho at makaipon.. Pero definitely yes! Basta may tyaga, may nilaga! :)
