How much do u buy sun flower kilo how much yield per acre can a farmer get visavis other commercial crops maize beans coffee inclusive I think this should be the best intelligent conversation u should have with the so called farmers they are business savvy jus show them the comparative advantage over other crops they will grow ur sunflower that's how Ugandan farmers work

The process is needs improvement. The cleaned seeds should go through a de-shelling machine. Then the bare seed goes through the mill. The cleaner cake is sold for animal feed.

Hello, i've heard that some cold pressed oils like sunflower oil are not good for hot cooking (fried food...) and they have to be consumed with thing such as salad.
Please I want to know if this is true because here in Africa we usualy use oil to fry food.

The oil in this video is not cold pressed, as he says, he boils it. Frying food is not healthy.

No need. Uganda has several hydroelectric dams on several rivers that provide enough cheap electricity.
