Prayers of a speedy healing for Everleigh! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Oh no! I hope you have a quick recovery Everleigh.
When my son was in middle school he had a bicycle wreck. I worried he may have a head injury, because he was showing signs of that. Turned out he did have a concussion but he also broke his wrist. Never even mentioned his wrist hurting. Thankfully they set it and he was in a cast for three weeks, and was back up to his normal self. Everly may have a high pain tolerance, which can be a blessing and a curse. Praying she heals quickly and can sit still and rest.
I think that’s true - it is a blessing and a curse. 😂
I’m a little behind on videos but praying that Everleigh’s foot heals quickly. Having to depend on others and slow down is tough. 💜
a generator is a must-have and a wise investment especially for refrigeration and freezers🌷
Oh, Everleigh, I am so sorry to hear about your toe. I broke my big toe years ago when I was young, so I know what a bummer that is and how inconvenient it can be. I hope you heal quickly, Little One.

So sorry to hear that Everleigh broke her toe. Hope she is all healed up soon. I am super independent as well so I understand not wanting help. It is very wise to have a whole house backup generator. We live out in the country and have power outages all the time. Even on nice sunny days. LOL. Sometimes for hours, sometimes for days and days straight. Besides the fact that I would never have four freezers and two refrigerators filled to capacity if we didn't have the generator, I am way too hot natured to not have the central AC running. We had ours installed in 2019 I believe. It is such a blessing! You will never regret the investment! Our electrician/friend sells and installs both Generac and Briggs and Stratton. He has Briggs and Stratton for his own home and highly recommended we get the same. It has never let us down. When you get it installed, go ahead and set up yearly checkup/maintenence. It is an investment you really want to take care of.

Oh no! I know how bad it is to stub your toe off something, so I am sure a broken toe is horrible! Poor girl! I wish her lots of healing prayers! We start home school today. We are excited! Please pray for us. My son has some medical issues going on that we don't have answers for yet. So upsetting and worrisome. 😢 but I believe God will help us through this, but it's hard because I'm worrying so bad and sadly have no control of it.
Oh Ms. Everleigh you have got to rest. I broke the arch of my foot and we didn't have a car that worked and I had to walk my kids to school up a hill I ended up having to where the cast for 12 weeks because I had been walking on it. Luckily my friend found out so she picked my kids up and brought them to and from school until I got my cast off. Take care and praying for quick healing.

Bless Everleighs heart. Hope it heals quickly & doesnt require surgery. My youngest son broke his arms 4 times when he was young. Twice his left & twice his right. Felt like he lived in casts.

So sorry to hear about your toe Everleigh, hope it gets better soon. Just noticed by your laundry you have a bottle of Ibuprofen there. 600 tablets, wow! You can buy that many over there? Here in the UK they come in packs of 16 and you're only allowed to purchase 2 packs in one go. Okay there's nothing stopping you from going to every store and buying 2 packs in each one. The store will only sell you 2 by law.
Haha yes - this came from sams club and it’ll last us forever because we hardly use it 😆 I think the most use it gets is when my dad comes to visit and needs some 😆

Oh my. She must have a high pain tolerance. I broke my foot a few years ago. I had an xray and they said it was fine. 3 days later they called and said oops so I went back and they casted it. That cast gave me a blister and I took it off in the middle of the night with a nail clippers.😂 I didnt go back and walked around for months in summer shoes with no socks (mid January in Chicago) because it was so swollen for so long. Tell her to listen to her doctor so it heals right!

Retired ortho nurse here….I’m betting the doctor will put her in a boot of some sort, which will give her some independence. Also, ask about a knee scooter. Your insurance company may pay for a rental. Perhaps ask on your buy nothing site if anyone has one. That type of fracture can take a while to heal, and you’ll need something like that for Florida. Crutches are way too cumbersome!
They did give her a boot. She can’t use it yet independently though, she’s still in too much pain to walk around on it alone. So she’s using that or the splint and crutches still. We see the ortho today.

My 7 year old broke her collarbone the day before school . It’s tough , about the only thing my kiddo can do is walk around . No running can’t use her arm for anything no real shower and had to buy new shirts to fit over the sling . Hopefully healing will go quickly 🙏🏼💕

Good morning we are on that day in good and beautiful too :) Prayers for healing! My daughter broke her foot and she was in less pain than my other daughter who had just a sever sprain you just never know
Yes she was in a lot worse pain with her sprained wrist!
One of my kids hates relying on other people as well. The bad part is she's my accident-prone child.

Poor Everleigh!! She is tough though. How long will she have to be off her feet? Glad y’all were able to get some dinner out. We had a pricing for a house generator once and didn’t get it though. We just did some electrical work and bought a bigger one. Now my hubby wants to get a solar one. We are like y’all and have many freezers full. We just bought a new fridge for our kitchen. The old one went out and we lost some food. Had to go do a haul at Sam’s yesterday.
They said until her orthopedic appt which is tomorrow and then we’ll know more then.

She’s 7, turning 8 soon. Ash is turning 13, wilder is 5 and will be 6 soon, Layla is 3.
