I think that's a good point to do things at your own pace. Rushing yourself just creates stress and anxiety. I just do little things here and there whenever I'm already up to do something so I end up doing a small cleaning task in the kitchen and bathroom for sure and basically just try to leave each room in better shape than when I entered it.
My son and his wife gave me an aura for Christmas last year. I love it! I get random photos of my grandchildren each week and I feel closer to them even though they live an hour away ❤️

Thank you for being here! We do all eat vegan, the kids still have meat once in a blue moon. We have eaten this way for 7 years now and it's funny because I don't even think of it as eating a certain way or different. It's just how we eat now. I don't really talk about it online because I find a lot of people are really offended or weird about food. But I am happy to answer questions =)

What a lovely vaca and holiday! I love coming home to a clean house. Then unpacking and doing laundry right away. It seems so simple when you haven't done any other chores for a while.
I always do dough-working on the dining table. It's spacious and the height is lower than the counter's which makes kneading easier. Our only availiable counter is only 50 cm in length, only suited for chopping, mixing, drying dishes, so we do a lot of cookwork on a dining table... but not the actual dining :)

So nice to see your beautiful family enjoying yourselves. In the last four years we’ve done a few short getaways that were greatly needed. We actually went away last month for an actual vacation. We hadn’t flown anywhere since COVID. Everyone needs breaks especially in this crazy world and even a few days away from your home can recharge your batteries. Also Levi is getting so big.🥰
Yes we adore your mom and your positive and grateful attitude are so refreshing. I always live in a scarcity mindset and get frustrated by daily chores. After watching your videos I always feel more inspired and pause to be more grateful I have the option to be a homemaker. Yes, it really does depend on where you live and how many people live with you. I always say if I lived alone I would be very minimal LOL. I guess when I say we are minimal I am comparing us to the average American family with 3 little kids. And we are definitely more minimal in certain areas and less minimal in other areas. =)

I'm glad you were able to take a trip with your family before the holidays. It looked like a wonderful place. I loved when you were unpacking and rolling up the winter jacket. I moved to Florida about 2 1/2 years ago and had to pull out my "winter" pajamas and heavy house socks because it has gotten so chilly down here. When it turns 72 degrees, I'm cold but it's been down to the 50s. I may have to get a winter coat soon. Love your videos. Have a great holiday season!

But go to California to visit friends. Also, our sons are adults and don’t live at home, so every 3 years or so we do a week away with them. If you don’t mind my asking , where did you go? When my brother was alive he and his wife went to Bear Mt. I was never there, but wondered if that was the place. Our last trip was to Lake Placid, NY. Our sons like kayaking and hiking.
