This is just so wrong! You should never get another pet to essentially replace the one that has died. She needed to get over her grief before looking after another. Again raccoons are wild animals not pets, she should have learnt the first time round that raccoons are wild and can’t be domesticated unless hand reared, and by that I mean wildlife sanctuaries not over emotional pet mothers. It wouldn’t be allowed over here. Please the wildlife pet trade needs to stop! I know what I’m saying maybe cruel, but it’s the truth.

I have a friend that used to work on my car,had 1 as a pet. The 1st time I met him he crawled up my side like he knew me.
