Enjoyed your work on the Blues Abroad show up next you will have to chat as a guest on Big Footy Tigercast that’s on Monday Nights 830pm. Love you channel you are doing so much good content on the Draft a massive 👍 up 🏆17 🏆19 🏆20 🐅🐅🐅 keep the good content up and you videos after the draft will be interesting? 🧐
Good work mate! Interested in your next 15 even if you don't do a video. Experts reckon there will be well above 60 picks in the national draft and then more in the rookie draft.
I feel like a lot of the WA boys are underrated coming from a Tasmanian that follows the WAFL. Hamish Davis seems to have the tools to be a great player and was wondering why I haven’t seen Cody Angove on more phantom drafts? In my opinion would be much higher pick any other draft. Great video nonetheless Dylan.✌️
Hi Dylan - re NMFC. My inside word is that Richmond don’t have an interest in trading up for pick 2 and are comfortable with 1,6,10,11. They will look to trade out their 18-24 picks for future 1’s on the night. What I’m thinking is do you think GWS would trade 15,16 and 21 for pick 2? Then north really address their needs here. IE the two Whitlock brothers and say a Joe Berry. Or do you think North may take best available again at pick 2 (say FOS) and use their F1 for multiple teens picks (say Sydney or GWS) to address needs? Thoughts?
@@Rogerunc love the question! I’d have to go Dolan, he’s junior Dylan Moore, ridiculous endurance and loves contact! I’ve seen less of Angove given he’s Western Australian I think he projects more as a winger, a bit more aerial athleticism than Dolan and less of a pressure small fwd. so on the balance, gotta go Dolan!
If Collingwood draft Gabriel Stumpf, Harry O’Farrell and Tom Simms, I’ll be pleased but I don’t trust Derek Hine as he’s always drafting flankers and pockets over KPPs, like when he drafted Stephenson over Naughton, Allen or Darcy Fogarty
it's a bit of a lean year for Tassie! Nathaniel Sulzberger (57) is Tasmanian, he just plays with Sandringham while he boarded at Caulfield Grammar I think it was. The other draftable would be Oliver Depaoli-Kubank, he's a lightly framed half fwd flanker, pretty lethal around goal but probably quite speculative in this draft.
@@Mbert7246 yeah I definitely couldn’t get him into the 60 or 65 even. He’s a nice little player with good skills but I think if North took him it would be sentimental
@@anappropriatehandle yeah that’s fair! I like Josh Murphy, I think he plays a bit much as a key for his size but he’s around the mark and Herbert is definitely a good player.
@DylanAlexanderFollowsDraft bit of a random comparison but he's like a Brayden Cook, one of my favourite players, that 190cm forward who is a marking threat and good at ground level, high impact scorer as well.
@@anappropriatehandle yeah I like the comparison! I have a bit of an issue with the mobility. Feels a bit of a wide turning circle for that type. I don’t think you can knock his competitiveness and impact though
@DylanAlexanderFollowsDraft yeah the mobility might hold him back a lot in the draft, clubs expect good pressure from non talls, feels like he gets shaken
Ned Bowman plays Volley ball? Averaged 2 goals per game in the SANFL 18s... kicked 3 in a half against WA. athletic and showed it at the combine? Sick of the Vic Bias from this page
Yeah tbf I’ve liked what I’ve seen from Bowman. I think he’ll get drafted because of his athleticism! I’m definitely not vic bias as I’m not even from here 😂 but I obviously see more victorians play and watch the Coates league on a weekly basis so it’s tough to marry all that up sometimes!
Where would these kids land in any other draft? So much talk about this super draft, would these kids be 5 pick lower? 10?20? Or is the super draft just the first 20 and then a more normal distribution. Poor kid at pick 30 could of been top 15 past years
Yeah it’s a good point, I think there’s a lot of guys after 30 that would ordinarily be 15 -30 guys particularly Talls and then it sort of evens out a bit but then there’s a lot that will miss at the back where previously clubs to take a chance but there’s just too many.
Where does Luke Kennedy and Jhett Haeata fit in this? Would they be worth a look? Also is there any interest in your opinion on the Pies NGA players? I really liked Kerr before his ACL but seems unclear if the Pies will take him. Thanks for all your work and effort this year!🙏🫡
@@UltimateGreatness I like the Collingwood NGA’s Kerr and McCarthy. It’s a tough one, based on what they’ve done, I don’t think they’d get picked up in the open draft. Will come down to Collingwood’s philosophy on academy talent I think
@@DylanAlexanderFollowsDraft Yeah interesting. That theory is always interesting as it can be valid criticism but also can make a good player slide. I wouldn’t mind him but there’s so many options to choose from.

Boy oh boy, here we go. This is what I needed.

I can't believe the depth of this draft. There are gonna be some 4th rounders we will look back on in 10 years and say.... how were they picked then

Out of all those small forwards, Josh Dolan or Cody Angove? Wouldn’t mind either but would love your opinion Dylan

Thoughts on Luke Quaynor ?

Great effort and content, still recon Xavier Lindsay will go top 15😎
@@JonGarrood I actually agree! I think he’ll go to the giants at 15-16! Just have him personally below a few.
@@DylanAlexanderFollowsDraft WCE will miss out on Travaglia and Bo Allen, recon they snap him up😎
How's Jack Ough with ball in hand?
@@BigCatinBKK yeah very tidy! Good by hand and foot! Just not super physical for his size!
Surely Sam Davidson gets picked up somewhere?
@@birddog8083 yeah I think he will! This is just my rankings. Partly I’ve seen less of him play but he’s someone who could have immediate impact
