I dedicate this video to the memory of Rinie Meijerink a dear fellow art enthusiast and subscriber who sadly passed away on 21 April 2022 after a short illness. Thank you for your friendship Rinie, may you rest in peace.

I very much envy your ability to produce such a lovely scene with mixed media and imagination. I used to be a botanical artist and lack your ability to use my imagination. I have to paint exactly what I see, warts and all ( well, perhaps not warts ) Even with all my years of experience,I couldn’t produce your magical scene with my watercolours. Keep up the amazing work.
That’s very kind! I think fantasy art is much easier than realism because anything goes! Also I like brighter colours! ☺️❤️
Beautiful work! I was intrigued by the technique you used which is stamping all your mushrooms, covering two with gesso, shading, and restamping. It takes the place of making a mask for the mushrooms. I enjoyed watching you work, thank you! Peace and Blessings from Texas USA.

I was reading through your comments and noticed you are from County Down. My sister just returned from a trip to Anahilt Hillsboro in County Down. She was visiting her son and his family. Wouldn't it be a small world if you knew them (Rich & Caroline and their 3 children)! We are in the US so we don't get to see them often but when we do we have such a great time and listening to your videos reminds me so much of them all.

Truely magical. Your talent is amazing. I would have loved to see the whole video showing all the techniques. i know you couldn't do that due to time constraints but for people like me, starting out, seeing how you do the techniques even the ones talented people take for granted help the beginner give it a go. Very inspirational.
