8 months since I start following you, I was a noobie. Now, still watching your videos and I can replicate a lot of the tricks you do, I finally feel so free with my skates. Thanks for the motivation Thirty Rolling
Don't stress about uploads dude! We will be here to watch when it's ready. I'm also stressed with a kitchen refit, work and family life, so started taking my skates to work for the lunch break. Endorphins from a quick blitz are getting me through! Side note, a colleague saw how happy I was in afternoons, I'm now teaching him to skate during the lunch breaks! Thanks for the videos and take it easy!
The title got me. Blading has saved me this past year mental health wise. I just got into urban blading last year. I love it almost more than aggressive. I got into skiing on Salomon snowblades. What kind of urban blades are those? Aggressive boots? How do dragon frames compare to regular 80mm. Are they easier to learn powerslides on. Nice moves.
They are the Rollerblade Twister Edge boots. I would say these dragons are more maneuverable that a flat 4x80 but also a tad twitchier too. I think they are a little easier to get into the powerslide position but 4x80s arn't that hard to learn powerslides either.
Yeah me too been coping with mental health after I resigned on my job, hardly finding a new job this pandemic.. been back skating and workout while finding a job this February then last week my right cuffs been broken..
My drug of choice too. Thanks for the videos- I really enjoy them. All the best with your house projects - everything takes longer and costs more than you initially think - just keep plugging away.
Haven't wathced the video just yet, but wanted to jump on the comments bceause for me inline (and quad) skating has helped me get sober, and I have used it to replace drugs and alcahol in my life, I really really struggled with addiction, and one day I was super low, depressed, really wanted to get wasted and I was walking past a thrift store on my way to get booze.... in the window I saw a pair of rollerblade GLX with a price label £6 and in my size, I bought them as a joke, and then 4 hours later I was still sober and thought "maybe today I can go to bed sober" and almost every time I felt like getting hammered I went and skated instead. It started like weekdays I would skate every other day in stead of getting hammered, then I would skate every weekday, and then I got sober completely becuse skating gave me what I needed. So far winter has been hard, but I have found an indoor skate space.
Great video Brenden, I got covid mid December (just like a cold and still have cold symptoms) so went out for a skate last night for the first time since, and after only 30 minutes I was busted. Still good to get out though. Hopefully your's is just a cold, have a great 2022
I'm a full blown skater myself. It's been ugly weather, I just moved to a new apartment. Everything is upside down. But I put on my skates today and had a freaking blast. ❤️
Good to see another video Brenden! 👍👍 (Pretty good music also) I can't wait for this other fitness "project" to be completed to go skate again. Thanks for the motivation!
No need to say sorry so much! Your content is so valuable to us, so keep making your content when you find the time and really have the feel for it. I can't wait to start wizarding... finally have my setup coming along 😁. Get well 🤜🏻🤛🏻🔥
do you ever run a rockered setup? I just got my 4x90 PS nexts. I threw some Swiss bearings into some 80mms I had to get back into practice and they're a softer wheel for some parking garage practice till I get back into it. But eventually I want to wizard skate and I'm wondering your thoughts on rocker setups
Hope you are better soon. I had a job as a plumber helper when I was 18 had to go in crawl space and dig a hole 6 feet down and about 6 feet long and 3 feet wide so the plumber could fix the frozen water pipe I'm hoping you are talking about digging on the out side because if you are talking about in the crawl space that is going to be one hard job You can only raise the shovel as high as the crawl space. Information has a large part in depression exercise helps lower information. Inline skating helps me the most of all the exercises I do because I have to stay focused my mind can't be think of all the things that trouble me or I'm going to be kissing the ground. You did a good roll even though you are sick you went all the way across the states. And did you really leave the basketball court because of the people or did you steel some kids ball lol Great skating and video
9:30 It is like this, that is why our ancestors suffered from depression or many other new health problems, both physical and mental, they were connected with nature, they did physical work and they were not surrounded by negative news such as TV, Radio, etc. which create uncertainties, fears as well as false pandemics. Nor did they have to attend compulsory education, which is covert indoctrination after all.
please someone help me, I need new skates on a budget (around 200€), I'm no expert and I'm torn between the Roces ego 3x110 and Powerslide swell lite 100... I have a more narrow foot and I'm upgrading from my usual 4x90, what would you recommend? any tip would be helpful, or any other recommendation!
@@ThirtyandRollin ohhh yesss exiceted for that I really like y opinion on the products y review and I am looking into making a setup with powerslide Next with iqon frames n wheels
Any reason why you have a big collection of skates but don't go with carbon fiber? I switched from RB Twisters to FR SL Speed carbon fiber skates and the lower weight and tighter feeling feels like such a massive improvement.
@@ThirtyandRollin That's a hilarious answer! Carbon is more expensive but I find there are plenty of boots at reasonable prices and I think it's worth the fee, especially the much tighter feeling after the break-in period. Cheers!
I got covid, thought it was a cold, but it was covid…. 3 weeks later…. It’s mostly excruciating sinus pain, fatigue , asthma & other weird symptoms despite being vax 3x. Trying to go Sk8 2day. Stay away from your family!!,

That's awesome to hear! And great progress in only 8 months!
I am in total agreement with the title of this vid. Me and a friend will go skate at 1am even if it's the temp is in the 20s
9:50 totally agree. It's been raining for weeks where I live... Took the violin for the time being, can't wait for a bit of sun 😂
Feel better soon. The shots with the basketball looked really good!

I really enjoy you freestylin at that basketball court man. Looks like a great session. Place looks empty!
Thanks! Lucky for me it was.
I'm exactly the same. Wish I had more time to skate but other commitments get in the way. It sucks being an adult some times 😂

Thanks! Been working on them but no where near Shawn's master level yet.
Keep up the good work! And Get Well!
Loved the video! Hope you feel better man
love the skating man! I need to get a better big wheel set up
Dude do it. It's a whole new world to explore!
Is it better to flow with 5 wheels or 4 wheels? Seems like longer frames are a hindrance.
I like 4 better but I knew I was going to go to a flatland/wizard spot so I took my 5x80s.
Cool man. Nobody is mad about the blank review. The music reminds me of late 90s trance... Check out Ayla/dj taucher on TH-cam very good stuff

I almost always run a rockered setup. The one in this video is rockered.
I only found you at the end of last year, schedules don't matter homie, you do you and drop by when you can

Awesome skating man.. I can do my forward to back transitions and vice versa, but I'm kinda nervous about doing them at speed like you do, any tips?
Just keep it up. Once you can do them with a little speed it's actually easier. I still don't do them that fast though.
cool vid man, great skating , are you on a rockered system ? get better soon
Thanks and yes theses are the NN Dragons.

What kind of skating are you going to be doing most?
@@ThirtyandRollin just skating for fun, mostly rough streets, I live in Italy so there are a lot of pebbles. I’d like to do long distances
