Would you recommend the MMR vaccine under 1 for domestic travel at this time ?
If it’s safe to vaccinate as early as six months, why isn’t that standard?

It's safe to do so but the immune response isn't as robust. These children will need to be vaccinated again after 12-15mos of age. The early vaccination is a temporary fix to help provide a humoral or antibody response while infections are soaring
