Yes. This happened with me too. Gone there, and the vents was all blue, but not core exposion. In addition there was a Commander ganker shooting us. Now I have to bring anti-human weapons too. This is funny and nasty at the same time lol.
It'd be amazing if this Lighthouse project actually provides some sort of hint at a possible future Guardian discovery. Aside from a few Guardian AX weapons, they've been somewhat neglected, and if FDEV are planning to make a few new ships.... the timing is perfect to possibly throw in a Guardian one. We already have SLFs, we know there was a leak of an actual Guardian ship, so we know FDEV have at least toyed with the idea and something Guardian-based exists on their dev-builds... sooo.... wink wink nudge nudge FDEV
Nice to extend Taranis awards to all who visited. Unfortunately the 'bug fixes' have not worked. If anything they feel worse than the issues with Taranis. It may end up being free rewards for everybody again.
It would be cool if the guardian lighthouse project prompted a hidden guardian capital ship to appear, on the basis of a new threat that demands more than many SLFs can handle.

Hopefully we actually see the introduction of Guardians, or at least their rogue sentient AI appear as the next big threat, because it's impossible to take the Thargoids seriously after their constant and humiliating defeats at the hands of mere humans, I want to see an Alien threat that actually feels insurmountable and brings something new to the game.
I'll be there for the explosion on thr 2nd titan. Sad I missed the first one but I was too far out in the black before I understood what was happening. Made it back to the bubble literally an hour after the explosion :(
I still wonder: do you have to have the 2 mil worth of damage within the last 7 days? Or do you have to have 2 mil worth in damge all together AND cause some of it within the last 7 days?
When you scan the data on the beacon, it will give you inbox massage with info of the location. This is just a surface guardian site, which you can just find on inara/wiki. There are 3 type of surface sites: module, weapon, and vessel sites, which gives you the according data for unlock. The beacon always points toward the nearest vessel site.
