It doesn't matter where you go anymore. They have kids like this everywhere. She got accepted to a science based high school, so hopefully, it has more kids who are there to learn and have a normal high school experience.

    I swear, kids like her (obnoxious, disrespectful, loud, distracting, rude, aggressive, etc.) ALWAYS seem to show up to class despite never doing any work and just making it hell for all the other students and the teacher. I never understood why the don't just ditch and give the students who are there to learn some peace and quiet. Because all they do in class anyway is just screw around on their phone, talk constantly, distract the class, and fight with the teacher. Yet, for some reason, they always insist on going to class.

      What you're mentioning is a teacher problem. It's called classroom management and poor engagement. PERIOD. The stuff you mentioned doesn't happen in top teir teacher classrooms, but there is a high teacher turn over etc and so some never learn or reach that level. But the problem really is NOT the child, it's the teacher. I was a teacher who couldn't and became a teacher who could, so I understand what they're doing wrong. Teaching is a profession like any other, being good at it is a skill. The unmotivated and poorly behaved students are that way because of the teacher. I know everyone will say, well one time, one time, one time, but i'll put it plainly. You're not a good enough teacher, YET. he or she hasn't gotten to that level yet. Sorry, but with that said, it's achievable and it's something for them to strive for.

      Just what did you expect the mother to do? Beat her in front of the police? So she could go to jail too, same for scream and yell at her or the police. It is sort of the same situation when someone you love is in the operating room fighting for their life. The outcome is out of your control, and all you can do is stand, or sit, and pray. The truth is schools, and the internet take over parenting, both woke, and anti sane society. Teacher after teacher arrested for having sex with the students, other teachers admitted communists.

      I got suspended once and came back. But my circumstances were different. Growing up white in an area filled with blacks and Hispanics you get hated on quite a bit.Toth grade, 1st day of school new neighborhood I get told by a group of kids to ve them my money. I told em fuk off and walked away. They said theyd get me tommorow. So a bit scared since there was like 8 of em I brough a knife hid it in my back pack. while i was in bathroom one of the kids went through my bag found the knife told the teacher I was sent to principal and suspended by him. No boy even asked why I felt I needed the knife or why someone was going through my bag. Mexican principal so pretty racist school. After school I came back with my older bro ready to fuk those kids up.me and my bro may not have been really close but I have to say he's always had my back I found out only one of the kids was there and it was the one who looked in my bag. As me and bro climbed the fence to get in I saw the kid go in the bathroom. This was after school. I lAter foun out he he detention for snooping in my bag. I told my bro keep a watch let me know if someone comes.the way our bathroom was arranged was you had the urinals next to the stalls facing the left side where the sinks and mirror was. He was in a stall I guess taking a shit so I hid by the urinal right next to the stalls. But when he came out he sW me in the mirror. Ohhh his eyes bulges as I came at him. He tried to run and as he opened the door Nd tried to score score saw my brother. Later on my rather said it was hilarious. He said the door jut popped open he saw the surprise on th3 kids eyes ad a hand come from Ben in over his mount and pull him back in before e could yell. I got him in the bathroom threw him down and started wailing on him. Tell in him dont.. ever...... fuk.......with.......me....... again. Then I kicked him in the side twice and ran back out climbed the fence went home snuck back in my room. The school called my mom and my mom saw me in my room reading a book and listening to music and sari no my Son's been here since he left school. Then the next week after suspension I was back in the kid saw me. Him and his friends wAlked over and he's saying come on let's ju,p him right here. The leader was a kid named joshua. Mexican mom hillbilly dad.He grabbed my Han shook it and old me you got balls to do what you did. Then he asks did you really cover his mouth and yank him back in the bathroom ? I was like yes.I then said o.j. should have seen the look on his face when he saw my brother look in out for me so it was jut me and him. He asks so wait your brother didn't jump in and help beat him up? I'm like no. 1 on 1 my bro won't even ju,p in now if all you ju,ped me my bro would jump in , in a heart beat but we weren't rAised to be punks and jump people. If you wanna settle shit 1 on 1 is the way to go.no weapons just fists.after that I became the number 2 in the group. I'm glad I didnt have to fight Joshua hoy he was brutal in fighting. But yeah I only came back for revenge

    How to turn a school suspension into a felony and possible jail time.

    • @Lbdataz1469
      @Lbdataz1469 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Lol no, battery LEO is a misdemeanor. I used to work in a juvie and that offense they would get released in a couple hours. Misdemeanors literally hold zero weight for juveniles. By the way, the juvenile justice system is an absolute joke. The kids have to literally commit serious person felonies like agg robbery or murder in order to even be considered to be detained. But even then the courts and the DA's let them out on pretrial services after a couple weeks anyway so it's all just a waste of time. Then, even if they did get adjudicated for those serious offenses the harshest punishment they can get is what's called Juvenile Life. Which means they got to a juvenile correctional facility (basically a maximum security prison for kids) until they're 23 years old and then they get on probation and after care services. The average time by the way is 6 to 8 years. Yes, you heard that right. A 15 year old kid could commit premediated 1st degree murder an the worst they'll get is detained until they're 23 years old. Also, the majority of kids do not get charged as an adult, it's actually extremely rare.

      I worked at a juvenile detention center where there were quite a few kids serving juvenile life. It’s a sad situation. Those kids had no type of rehabilitation programs, therapy or anything. They were still in “school” but it was just retired teachers passing out workbooks and instructing the kids on what to do. There was a 13yo in there for murder. He murdered a neighbor kid when he was 12 because he wanted to be part of a gang. It’s an extremely sad situation.
