It depends of your definition of "best"... Lab-chained has lot of synergy but kinda straightforward gameplan, trap heavy (Feat 3 Arias) bypass things like Apollousa or Veiler, but may run out of gas if careless, and as much as I hate floodgates, may argue Rivalry ("Paleo Marella" + "Booby trap E") can deal with Snake-eyes as their threat comes from other types like Cyberse, Warrior or Fiend

Every version has their own pros and cons, IMO.
But I like how simply dogmatika punishment turns extra deck into toolbox.
