Getting to come to the comment section a month later has been an absolute riot, so many people with just wrong takes and misunderstandings about how to optimise the deck and trying to tell MBT he didn't know better. I just can't get behind cutting the unchained soul of disaster. It's the best thing to pop for siyama turn 1 and saram turn 3 and on. Plus its removal effect is still great for board breaking.
MBT, Unchained isn't that susceptible to handtraps; your list is. The Tour Guide package is exceptionally weaker to hand traps, and you're better cutting it and playing a full playset of rakea. The thing about the level 3 twins is while yes, they're not 1-card combos, they have the benefit of being a floater still, so if your first special summon gets stopped, there's a good chance you'll have another way to pop the lone twin on board to force the combo through. Also, you mention the deck is lacking in additional extenders, but that's why you can play more copies of abom in the main. It chain blocks, specials from hand, and the discard pop can be used to combo while discarding a drawn shyama. Wailing is also kinda useless. If hand traps are going to be a thing, you should also consider thrust and talents in the main, if you can find the space. Thrust being able to tutor an unchained spell/trap is actually ridiculous, and you can always opt for adding talents instead, if you don't need the s/t.
I like abom at one since any other card can usually extend and it can be searched, I think playing to many aboms could make you brick easier also wailing is helpful at breaking boards going second but I completely agree on cutting the tour guide engine to go for more unchained, you have way more ressources too, in this meta where a lot of macro effects are played you need to have ways to recover and the more twins you have the more recovery your deck has
@@rachezwill473You would never play 3 abom, but at 2 you'll basically never brick on it (there's like a 1% chance you draw both, and you'll still have 3 other cards in hand) and it has so much utility thanks to being able to chainblock your floats, break boards, extend, and just be a 3000 attack body that I think it's worth playing 2.
I'll fight on the tour guide point; while it does eat handtraps, unchained has decent ways to extend through both reds. It gives significantly more advantage than normal unchained and allows follow up if you add a single garnet. It's pretty much "want a volatile but strong deck? run it. It makes a bit more sense with the new cards, since you can now set an unchained backrow card from deck with sharvara - going second, a hand that doesn’t hard-open backrow will benefit from playing it as a one-of, since your other targets are nothing more than fodder to destroy & trigger whilst wailing can be a free pop you wouldn’t otherwise get. It’s pretty obvious you built this deck in about 5 seconds and never thought about it much. OG unchained players, unite in bashing this man in the comments
Whoever made this list has a fundamental misunderstanding of how the deck works and just jammed the most generic format staples in here. MBT’s analysis is pretty apt, and ignoring his gameplay, he seems to pretty readily understand some of the glaring flaws of the deck, while potentially exaggerating others. The thing he did get right that so many other youtubers didn’t, is that he didn’t call it a tiered deck. It is absolutely one of the best rogue decks in the format at this current time, but is still far too bricky and often times fragile to crack into tiered level. The best thing the deck has going for it in this format is that Droll does almost next to nothing to the deck, it can play through Shifter and has a relatively decent match-up vs Kashtira due to flexibility of non-engine and non graveyard reliance. Also, Caesar is more than just “sort of a negate”. A non once per chain solemn warning is extremely powerful and many decks simply cannot play through it, especially backed up by destruction immunity, backrow, and other potential interruptions.
I like Unchained Soul of Disaster. I play him with Dark Spirit of Banishment/Malice. He's great since he doesn't have the same special summon restriction that Abominable has. Moreover, he's best to summon right before a boardwipe, allowing him to activate his recursion effect. The Dark Spirits are also great fodder for Abominable's effect, since they have their own recursion effects as well. I also play Lava Golem, since he's another level 8 fiend that works well with both spirits, but he can be tricky to use at times with the normal summon restriction. Still, having the extra form of removal is great, especially since he doesn't target like the other Link Tribute Doggos do.
Dono was posing as the dog telling him not to read the new cards because any Unchained player knows that the new support means you dont have to play that bricky garnet anymore

The deck could use some improvement. Its best to just max out on all the little unchained monsters. No wailing. But max out the traps. A bit more going second cards since that's what you wanna do.
Disagree here wailing is VERY underrated because it was dogshit before the support but it becomes useful with it, it's really useful going second, if you run out of traps or don't want to use them too much (to keep ressources in your deck, depends on the match-up) it's never really a brick as it also summons from deck when poped and there's this really cool interaction when you need to break a heavy board, you go link off sharvara into Yama Yama cl1 sharvara cl2 set wailing activate wailing link Yama with any extender for anguish it essentially gives you 1 free pop plus Yama in the grave for further extension, it's really helpful when trying to find lethal
@@rachezwill473 I'll try it out. Gonna play test this weekend. But against other rouge decks. Let's see how it goes since I just got the new support a couple of days ago
I think he's getting it mixed up with the generic D/D/D suite, which is the Rank 4 Caesar, the Rank 5, and Machinex. In this list, you just hard-summon the Rank 6 Caesar with the Lv. 6 souls. Machinex overlays straight onto the Rank 3 or Rank 6 with no in-between, if you want/need his form of disruption (or want the Zeus material, ofc).
As someone who is gonna mess with the Deck, it's not a bad option but it's kinda hard given that you need the lvl 8 and a means of summoning out a Ki-sikil. Seems more of a gimmick than a proper use of an ED slot. You could be funny and use Visa Star frost, but same problem with it.

A link 5 would be cool, too. It would need to be busted too
@@liviousgameplay1755 The draw effect is super important because it chainblocks our floating effects. Something i would have loved Supply Squad could do (if it weren't mandatory, experimented with it in Unchained Necrofear stun before the support)
About the materials, they are better like that because the traps won't float to monsters in your hand while it would be TOO OP to remove 2 monsters your opponent controls with Rage (into Goddess) + get back 2/3 cards in hand.
I made the change in name you suggested and the 1st effect, but still kept it OPT since you can just activate another field spell.
This is the first great intro skit
Man, pour one out for Unchained Soul of Disaster :Sadge:
He says monsters that can't be destroyed are a problem for the deck, while cutting the dog
so glad we can finally play this deck in Master Duel
Hey coder, how we feel about Joe playing wailing in unchained?
A Monk reference in a Yugioh video is the last thing I'd ever think I'd hear
Before I even watched the video the deck list looks a lot different then something that would be good, but that isn’t all the fault since the game is very complex
Tour guide bad except when it tops then Tour guise good.
But i like the dog 😥
Wtf is this list? 1x Rakea? 2/2 on the traps? Wailing unironically being played? NO DOG? Cmon man
Exactly, the list is terrible
Idk the list seems fine lmaooo
(Cries in Yang Zing player)
Should've kept my Unchained deck, then, if I knew the support was this good.
It’s been ages since PHHY and we still don’t have a Photon Decklist T-T
Sad that Unchained no longer plays the Blue Dog Brick. Coder signed one for me at the 2022 Nats.
Good news! Play the dog
People should hate on the Tour Guide Package more often. It is not as good as people think it is
This is a certified coder moment.
can we bring back the melodic
M B T
Have you done Snake-Eyes Diabellestarr yet? You should! It’s such a fun play style.
Is it still fun?
i love unchained hope it is fun to play with the new suport
The chalamet reference triggered me
This shit look like the DARK regionals
Take a shot every time MBT says "It floats" or makes a sexually dubious statement regarding Coder 🍇
Poor doggo :(
He just wants to be loved!
Holly cheeseballs. We have simmilar list.
Muck-Raker. She rakes muck.
Can we see the new yubel support soon?
do you think with this new support unchained lab could be a thing?
someone on MD with pre-support unchained played it with lab and sent me to the shadow realm (i was on fire fist)
its a 2 card main deck splash but it very much is
People were expirementing with unchained lab weeks ago... its playable but worse than just playing the archetypes by themselves
Game 1 against purelly u couldve won kinda if u summoned sarama to reset ur trap, destroy aruha, then that prosperitied sharvara couldve sunmoned itself popping sarama, sarama effect etc
He couldn't because his bad list only plays 1 and he opened it.
Disaster did not deserve this..
Is there a shop online that get thet lingariboh poster?I see a lot of yugioh youtubers have something like it.
This is giant card, difficult to obtain and expensive
ERM Mr. MBT, you seem to have left the description text over from the Purrely TMT 🤓
WE'RE SO BAAAACK DOGE GANG
Didn't expected that diss on that Unchained monster it almost sound like a slur.....😂😂😂
it gave us more support for mikanko
granted its half really good for a specific build and half mid as hell but still
GOT ME BARKIN
I haven't followed Coder in a while. Does he do any content besides Master Duel?
Unchained are soo good with evil twins
Here's hoping MBT covers the new shinobird support
i would love to see Unchained BA 40/60card versions.
I'm sorry Joseph, how do you pronounce "Muckracker"?
Muck Raker
or
MUH-CRACKER!
hell yea unchained
For the last card in the extra deck, it's pronounced "Muck Raker", like the journalists
You really think MBT doesn't know that?
@Andy_ARBS ever since the Smiger incident, no I don't
@@LichlordP Ok fine, but he really does know this time. He does it properly on stream.
Me when I AWOOOOOO BARK BARK WOOF WOOF AWOOOOOOOO BARK WOOF WOOF
Shitting on disaster 😢 he’s my favorite comes in handy when I run out of something in the deck can just pull it from grave
…did he just mention Thelonious Monk?
A negative harmony reference. In MY video about a child’s card game.
It’s pretty obvious you built this deck in about 5 seconds and never thought about it much. OG unchained players, unite in bashing this man in the comments
howre the OG unchained player feeling about it now
Whoever made this list has a fundamental misunderstanding of how the deck works and just jammed the most generic format staples in here.
Damn good thing no one takes deck building advice from you lmao.
@@Cirillian Why the fuck are you responding to this months later when the meta has completely changed due to new sets and a banlist?
I honestly though playing 3 sarama was more optimal.
Please do fire king ten minute testing next we just got the final cards
Lava Golem is fantastic games two and 3 as a board wipe. The normal doesn't matter much when aruha and the level six can start your plays.
I didn't quite understand the intro coder clip joke.
Dono was posing as the dog telling him not to read the new cards because any Unchained player knows that the new support means you dont have to play that bricky garnet anymore
I’ve been wanting to test live twin unchained with the new support, but have been too lazy lol. I know there’s something there though I can just feel it 😂
The deck likes going 2nd, you could run ultimate slayer to send trouble sunny to grave
only useful against link decks, absolutely no space to put other stuff in extra
When the support comes to MD i will build this shit just bc Soul of Yama is hot, also bc Unchained is cheap but mostly bc Soul of Yama
when are the new doggos coming to MD? :(
Next month
@@rdj45There out now
I miss "Daaaa bears" so much 😔
MBT you gotta redo the Mannadium ten minute testing
Main deck purple dog when?
Tour guide brain worms strike again
Its pretty funny how mbts list was almost there he just didnt have thrust or know about the ddd package, he also didnt know the best lines which made it not as good.
That's one weird Gold Punk deck.
MBT you still have time to redo this one
Classic mbt using the worst possible list in every tmt
MBT drew the dog
I don't run POP and it runs great.
Where are you playing this game
I'll polish your diamonds, bottom boi
How the fuck do you overlay for Caesar? Nothing on Darius or Caesar's text says you can overlay Caesar over Darius
Been looking through the comments to find the same thing, I have no fuckin clue.
That VS player game 1 sucked. Normal razen in a column another monster is in?
This was top dog for maybe a month or so? 🎉
i feel like i should mention you have access to chaos angel through live twins that fit well with unchained
