I have knit SO many socks and have never thought of alternating the 2 cast ons! I am totally doing that with my next 2x2 cuff for sure. I wonder if you would like working your socks on two 9" Chiagoo circulars? It might be a similar length as the flexiflips. :)
Hii! Have you tried knitting a sock from summerleeknits? She’s is like the GOAT of sock knitting. I probably sent about 6 socks to the unfinished graveyard until I found her patterns. 😂
+1 for Summer Lee! She explains everything so well, her designs are on point and I absolutely cannot wait until the translated version of her book comes out in August!!
Really? I thought Saona was so so soft and squishy like alpaca hair. Btw you have the warmest look in your eyes. I bet everyone instantly feel comfortable with you when they talk to you.
I'm going to start my Lakes Pullover round neck next week and I'm so excited. It's my first Ozetta pattern and they all look so clean! Definitely going to check out the Saona yarn.
Congratulations Rebecca! it is always so nice to hear you and see your lovely projects and how genuine you are about your learning process :) Your socks look amazing! and you are working so hard in so many intentional knits, that Esther jacket is going to be a masterpiece. xxx
Yes I got it from the We Are Knitters store in Madrid! But I see it’s on sale on their website now 😊 added it to the description box in case others are curious! Thanks @nicannjones for finding it
Congrats on 5k! 🎉 I use magic loop for my socks and I always get ladders. I've pretty much given up on trying to find a solution but I'm thinking maybe crazy trios are the solution 🤔
I would so recommend the chiaogoo 9" sock needles. I have like 3 of them and they're my favorite way to knit socks! Also this was very informative for my upcoming trip to Toronto in July 🎉
Love your podcast! Did you know that the Crazy Sock Lady has a video tutorial for her Vanilla Socks using Hiya Hiya Flyers, which are basically the same flexi type as your Addi’s. I have the Addi’s too but still trying to get used to them.

I haven’t! But I love her TH-cam videos and have learned a lot from them ☺️ Maybe I’ll try out her vanilla sock pattern next

Would love it if you did tours of various yarn stores in toronto (or elsewhere). I love yarn store videos as well as yarn festival videos!
I love those videos too! Maybe I’ll stir up the courage to film them one day - as I love so many yarn shops in Toronto 😅

Love your podcast! Just wanted to give a heads up that Jawoll is pronounced like "ya-voll", since it's German :)
Ahh thanks for letting me know!! I didn’t realize so I really appreciate your comment 😅💗
The idea of alternating the cast ons for socks is so smart! Your Lakes pullover is so pretty as well. I hope you have a good trip too!
Thank you! It’s coming up quickly and there’s still quite a bit to plan haha so it will be a busy next few weeks 😅
Congratulations on 5000 subscribers! I didn't know about those yarn stores, so thanks for mentioning them.

I’ve tried 9” circulars but can’t get into a good rhythm! Maybe I just need to practice more
The My Honey Vest is so pretty but I'm honestly so scared of brioche, it feels overwhelming lol
Love your Lakes V-Neck! Saona has really become a favorite base for me!
Way to go on your first pair of socks!
🥰🥰🥰
The crazy sock lady has free tutorials on the vanilla sock pattern using a variety of needles
Happy 5K subbies! 🥳
