OMG this solved my neck pain after 3 years. First I thought it was my traps upper, then mid, then lower, then I though it was lavaetor, when I ultimately found it was a first rib issue. But you helped me find an even more important muscle that affected the first ribs. Which make most sense since I feel asleep on the cough with my neck tilt and arms forward. Bro thank you so much you don’t understand how immediate the release was. I’m going to do this every single day until no more pain. THANK YOU MAN!!!!!!!!! 😭😭😭❤️❤️❤️❤️
Hi, I just stumbled upon your video. Would you say it is a safe exercise for someone with arterial compression above 90 degrees, due to TOS? thanks in advance for your help!
Would you say it will help alleviate the pressure on the artery in the long term? I'm actually concerned about it and my neurologist didn't give me a thorough explanation about what's going on...
any chance that this muscles being tight/spasming could pull the rib up AND the clavicle down? I know the rib is involved but one of my shoulders also sits lower than the other one. Thanks for the info!
Are you not afraid of any arteries getting damaged or dissected ive been having pains around that area and frantically afraid i might puncture something. Anything around just scares me to be honest. I try to be gentle.

Right lower?
Yes, it can pull on both the ribs and clavicle. It just depends on which side is locked.

The bodies a lot stronger then you think it Is. If something doesn’t feel right, then simply move to the side and try again.
