Para fazer compras é necessário um dia de viagem e por mais distante que seja o lugar onde vivemos nós sempre te assistimos e curtimos seus vídeos desde uma casa ilhada por rios de águas termais com cachoeiras cristalinas no coração da selva andina e sem vizinhos!

Aah, Sveta, it surely is difficult for someone with wanderlust (urge to travel often) to establish a daily routine. So don't feel bad, just do the best you can. Maybe exercise first thing in the morning before other activities start. By the way, my wife (she spent 11 yrs in retail) says the same thing; if you want something, buy it while you're there b/c it'll be gone when you come back for it, 🤣. For teeth cleaning every 6 months, it depends on how fast tartar and plaque accumulate on your teeth. Enjoy the horseback riding trip. and Happy Birthday 🎂 Many happy returns. 👍

That's funny because I LOVE making my thumbnails!!! I have so much fun making them 😊My funniest one is when I took my cat to an outdoor viewing of the movie Back to The Future,.,.,. I have Marty & Doc and the time machine (the DeLorean car) and my cat on the hood LOL. Or the one were a homeless man what squatting in my shed. It's me in my nightgown, eyemask, full moon in the background and a hammer in my hand 😆Props for going to the gym. After a hectic winter (working 60-75 hours a week from home until 6 AM, sleeping and waking up at all hours etc and never going out of my house surrounded by meters of snow) I'm finally getting back to a decent morning and night routines but I have yet to add the last element - start working out again!!! It's finally summer here and it feels so good!! 🌞

Happy birthday Svetlana. Deep cleaning, your teeth is probably more important for your gums so you don’t get health issues in the future. I get my teeth cleaned every three months because of a genetic gum issue that I was born with this gum issue. The big part of cleaning is getting rid of the tartar that builds up on your teeth and prevent bone loss. It’s just as important to keep your mouth hygiene up as it is going to the gym to work out your body. You have an incredible smile.

Nice! Thank you for that! I was born in Istanbul and my biggest regret is that my family didn't maintain my Turkish language after we moved to the States. I've forgotten it all.

I also can’t eat gluten, I’ve had Lyme disease around 41 years. Lots of people who aquire Lyme disease develop intolerances to wheat, dairy and sugar is bad for them because it causes inflammation.

Yes, you absolutely need to clean your teeth every six months. Use toothpaste with a high fluoride content. Losing your teeth is unpleasant. You should wear sunglasses outside to protect your vision and to look even cooler. Happy Birthday!

Hi Svetlana, it’s lovely to see you and Sonia again, it’s also great seeing your smile in the spring your spirits have been uplifted, your clothes purchases were surprisingly affordable, I have to agree with you about teeth cleaning I only go to my dental hygienists about once a year, which I will be attending in 3 days, I don’t enjoy going to the gym lately but my friend invited me go to yoga with him and I was quite sceptical about it, but I was involved in a car crash 2 weeks ago and was told to do only light exercise and it had a profound effect on me, so I would recommend it, I noticed you have a lot of salt in your diet we have very little need for it on a daily basis and in many ways it’s not very helpful to our metabolism, although it can be essential in certain instances of enhancing the taste, I hope you had a fabulous birthday and you got lots of gifts, can I ask how you celebrate your birthday we are obviously compelled to give gifts depending upon who it is and how much we care for the person it would be very lavish for a loved one, but some cultures are very different throughout the world, looking forward to your next adventure, take care and enjoy your visit to Dagestan.❤

@4:23 Face creams ... on this subject I just want to stay that I read that they have cancerous chemicals in them. I don't know whether it's all of them or just certain brands.
For me this is an important subject and one that I'm very concerned about.
Okay, let me give you some Exercise advise that I learned through the years. What you have to do is stop thinking of Exercise = Going to the Gym. Because then you Frame this in your mind way too Limited, this means the ONLY way you are going to Exercise in your Mind, is if you go to the Gym. Usually this costs Money AND TIME out of your Day, AND you have to PLAN a Certain Time WHEN you Should Go to the Gym, and usually the TIME you PLAN, does not match up with your Metabolism, so you wind up laying in bed Dreading Going to the GYM. 😁
So the Solution to this Problem is to be more Flexible with your Thinking. I Want you to Try this, While you are Laying in Bed, at ANY TIME, Bring your Knees up as high as you can and back down 20 Times. You should feel the effects. Now While you are laying in Bed do 20 Leg Lifts holding your Legs Straight lift them then set them down 20 times. You should feel that. THAT's Exercise. and you can do it ANY TIME. Eventually you can get to the Point where you can do an Entire Work out right in your Own Apartment. OR You can do Like I do, I get up in the Morning the last thing I want to Think about is Going for a Run, so I think about getting a Coffee at the Coffee Shop, then I find a Nice little sidewalk somewhere maybe by the Water, and I walk at a Normal pace Drinking my Coffee looking at the Scenery. I Usually will walk about 1 or 2 Kilometers without even trying very hard, because I have Reframed what I am doing into Something Pleasurable. Instead of thinking "Awe Man, I gotta Run a Mile" I think about getting a Coffee and going for a Walk. I work the same Muscles, just at a Slower Pace. It does the same thing.
I see all these people going to the Gym running on the treadmills then Driving Home. 😁 It almost makes me Laugh, I travel around all over the Place, but I don't use Taxis very much, I WALK, so I don't need a Treadmill, AND I can Save Money for BEER! 😁 You want to Work Your Arms more? Go WALK to the Grocery Store, and Carry your Stuff Home. 😁 There are a lot of ways you can think about things differently so you can get your Exercise in everyday without even THINKING about it. You just have to stop thinking you have to "Go to the Gym" to Exercise.
And if you want to Lose Weight, cut out Carbs and Sugar, COMPLETELY! You will Lose Weight so fast you won't know what Happened! Try Eating One Meal a Day, No Sugar, No Carbs, Watch what happens.
