    Good advice about leaving dates off the resume so you don't date yourself. I revised my resume and did just that, and removed an old job. Hoping to see more results now. 🤞

    55yr old presumably has far greater Experience and qualifications than the 25 year old

      Yes. And one of the challenges is if the 25 year old is the hiring manager.
