Hey Dude, these videos are great. It is interesting to have been able to follow this journey to becoming who you're meant to be. The insights shared gives it a perspective that's not usually shared. Hope you're doing well.
Nice! These are things I think about very often even though I am not transitioning yet, but am scheduled for my second appointment at the end of this month. Hopefully things will check out and I'll get the golden ticket! Anyway, I appreciate your perspective and hope I can stay focused as well.
Great video. I'm pre-T but about to begin. This is inspiring! and want to keep the privilege in check. The nuances between how confidence may be perceived and thus granted privilege and then the automatic white male privilege that can be inherited through transition. Thank you, Chase.
Super stoked for you! I find it very interesting that you have caught on to a wind of defferment to being a white male. As much as people strive to balance the world you have a unique insight viewing what is left of what I see as the "original order of preference". Luckly I have been able to enjoy a time period in which I haven't been completely ignored as a female but there are some wispers left of how people subconciously tier society. I do look forward to the time when inequality is just a faint picture in the past; one to learn from but not have to experience.
Chase, I just wanted to check in with you to see how you're coming along with your transition. It's been 2 months since you've posted a video and at the end of this one, you said you would work harder to get them out more often. Anyway, just wanted to say I was thinking of ya. Hope things are okay. As for male privilege, I haven't noticed much in this area and I think it's because I don't pass as male. Most of the time I get addressed as "you" because strangers are unable to determine if I'm male or female. I've grown tired of being read as either intersex or androgynous, but it's progress. By the way, how tall are you? I'm wondering if your physical size may also be a contributing factor to your receiving male privilege as well as how you carry yourself and present. Thanks, Miles
Thank you for the update and very insightful, honest content! Will be sharing this. Bravo!
Just discovered this account looking for videos of trans men in my age group and I'm sad you stopped recording

it's great that you're sharing your experience in feeling the change in how you're treated, etc. the good and bad...
