It’s totally unfair that there is a company that spends all of its time producing awesome products just so they can take all my money and make my TW200 better. :)

Selling my old daily/race car Subaru WRX currently and will be getting some kind of dual sport. I don't trust myself on a super sport anymore. I have a kid to live for 😂 I was extremely reckless in my youth on my gsxf gsxr and Vulcan 1500 surprisingly a bad ass fun to ride bike. I'm going to stay under 300cc and it's purpose is going to be finding the trails and exploring the national parks of Texas only on road time will be traveling to the trails. Not commuting anymore and fast things are going to put me in hot water I cannot afford. Nice kit man well done. May have to get this Yamaha just because of this exhaust.
Just got mine twenty minutes ago I’ll be putting it on tomorrow ,only took 6 days from order to deliver here in slc thanks Brad I’ll be getting a few more items I’m sure

I'm a little off topic, but what do you have planned for the foot brake lever? I just got your peg upgrade in. A larger brake pedal ( that matches) would be nice. Thank you for the products that you offer.
Do you notice a torque / back pressure difference between running the quiet core and not running it?
Just ordered the slip on exhaust you make, planning on going with the matching header as well, with the header and exhaust on do you recommend rejetting the TW200 from the stock jetting? Also, any ETA on the when the header will be available again? Thanks Brad!

Hi can you guys make an engine guard like the one that "off-grid and whiskey" has on his TW. But let it be compatible with the after market aluminum belly guard.
There are some trails that require your bike to have a spark arrester to ride. Would the quiet insert be considered a spark arrester?
In most cases with most wildlife officers, yes, but it does not have the forestry approved stamp, so technically, no.

The muffler looks exactly like that, a muffler. I’m not seeing the tried and true ‘reverse megaphone’ with a muffler/silencer incased around the megaphone. Also with a slip on the diameter should start to increase slightly somewhat in the clamp area. Not sure about the patent on a (Jack) Krizman spark arrester but I know Gary Mickel in Strathmore, Ca has been making Krizman spark arresters for the major exhaust companies. Gary was friends with Jack Krizman.
Absolutely agree. We could go that route, but for the horsepower we are dealing with and stand to gain, not to mention the price increase, we decided that this way would be the best plan of action for now. You are correct though.
Any performance comparison (besides seat of the pants) to the stock system ?
Working on it. We will have dyno numbers when we get a complete kit put together.
Any update on hp difference or anything noticeable? I do like the look and sound, will eventually come around to doing the upgrade on the Tdub I just picked up
Yes, but it's a long story. In short, just a pipe picks up about 1 hp over stock, so not a lot. The entire performance package with the big bore cylinder, carb, exhaust, cam sprocket, and airbox mods made about 5 more HP on the Dyno. We will have a video coming shortly about our findings.

If you tap on the outside of the stock exhaust it sounds hollow, like there's nothing inside of it, no baffling or packing at all, just sounds like a hollow can, and it's annoyingly loud as a result. This kit would probably make the bike sound a whole lot better without ripping your eardrums out on the rev.
Don't hear much difference to me,,would have to re.jet also,all depends how ya want to spend your money I guess lol
