Recently, it has come to my attention, that a lot of gym trainers and gurus are saying that insulin is an anabolic steroid. a lot of bodybuilders and youngsters are falling for this lie, thinking that insulin will help with muscle building. It does help in bodybuilding but in very specific cases and under strict medical supervision. Insulin is not for everybody.
