Actually Nostalie means roach in CNSC. When he was a pro, roach is his favorite unit. After that, he turned into a streamer, and now he is very good at dancing like roach.
I've NEVER seen a game like that. The start was quite clean, I'd say plat level. The money and larvae spending is silver level, the injects were diamond level I feel (based on the larvae counts and the early game, then it was hard to tell). The composition was like master level (except for the overseers, he had the absolutely correct ratio hydra/lurker and always a good number of vipers; also playing lurker/viper is very hard and even in diamond league hardly anyone does it, because they know they would suck at it), but yet the army movement was gold league with constant F2, even though he showed to have the necessary patience sometimes. And that is true for the Terran as well, I have no real clue what the ELO could be here.
both players floating over 1k resources 5 minutes into the game says everything^^ floating a bunch of money on 60-70 workers, sure, happens, but not on 40 drones / 38 scvs. also injects arent that hard when you build a lot of queens and barely use them for creep spread :D
Sure, sure, walking hydras around in siege tank fire is not a good way to win a game as zerg. I mean, obviously. But... BUT.... it sure is fun to watch big clumps of puny units get blown to smithereens as they derp around. It's the kind of thing people set up custom maps for, just so they watch the carnage.
allowing a terran who you know is going for mech, to just turtle up forever as he slowly powers up into an insanely powerful mech army is the absolute WORST thing you can do. at least try to harass him a little, jeez.
Lol, me and my brother did this. But I was protoss and he was Terran. Our armies where pure void Ray's, and pure BC. Now on normal circumstances he would win cause BC kills VR. But I put about 15 safe havens of shield batteries all around the map...he killed units by the cannon but that was it I chipped down his army and won...it was a 1hr long game.
Is zerg broken? It's supposed to be about overwhelming numbers of cheap, weak units but can't because supply cap. They can't fight maxed out protoss or terran head on so they need abduct to pick them apart bit by bit. Imagine how overpowered protoss or terran would be if they had vipers. That's how underpowered zerg would be without them.
