For the kitchen conundrum : you could send the food directly to the dining room fridge, and turn off the kitchen appliances when said fridge is full. That way your cooks only cook food when needed and your ingredients stay forever fresh in the freezer.
You can just add a couple of insulated tiles below the deep freezer so that the auto sweeper still has access to it diagonally while the added tiles isolate it from the room below. Then replace the tile that food is on with metal tile so the freezer become more efficient. From my playthroughs, cooling food from Chlorine alone really sucks.
The usual solution for a fully Automaten kitchen with a deep freezer is to have a second auto sweeper that can not reach into the freezer but can reach a conveyer loader which puts cooked food into the freezer. However the first sweeper should not be able to reach that conveyer loader.
a few mesh tiles on the bottom layer at 13:30 would allow your water and carbon dioxide to drift out without accumulating enough to flash to steam. You'd have a small mix of polluted oxygen in there from offgassing, but the steam will stay above polluted oxygen. This also means you don't have to remove the batteries, just place them on mesh tiles. Leaving the above floors as mesh would mean the liquids will all fall to the bottom and drift to the first mesh til to drop off.

nathan, why don't you try using atmo sensor and liquid shut off for your industrial sauna? i think it's easier to control and mantain rather than your complicated structure. you can set the limit to the pressure required and a new water resource.
Bleach stone?Say what?Vacuum is also sterile atmosphere if you keep the temperature on a metal tile where all the food sits at bellow -18 everything will be deep frozen and you could even have food at 0% stale being kept there and it will never turn to rot pile if your cooling is good enough. I do my fridge tile as soon as cycle 50 when I unlock Thermo Regulator and I simply throw Oxygen or Poluted Oxygen in the cooling loop,dont even need Hydrogen or fancy stuff,it works just fine and the Thermo Regulator doesnt even produce much heat so it's easy to manage. For gas element sensors and such when wanting to clean an area,if you dont wanna end up mixing gases just use a filter gate set to 30s,if for 30s it detects said substance the pump activates so it doesnt keep stuttering and pulling all sorts of different elements.

Is the sweeper robot this bad? You could let the water evaporate with a steam turbine and a sweeper walking on the last floor gathering the dirt.
In all the years of playing ONI, I have yet to see a “Good Boy!” Sweepy. He always seems to be “… why you do dis?..” kind of boy.

The bleach stone creates chlorine which then in turn kills off all food poisoning germs.
Why not include the cobalt volcano in the industrial sauna.
