I stayed there a couple of years ago when my regular hotel wasn't available and I had to temporarily find a different hotel room. The room was very clean and had a nice comfortable bed and good AC. The only con I can think of is the power outlets were only 2 prong (and my computer only used 3 prong adapter). Other than that, it was a good place with a good budget price (about 650 Baht).
I stayed here before John years ago 500 thai baht per night them days you have a lovely son I have two Thai daughters they live in the uk 🇬🇧 with me they actually have Thai ID cards there allowed to buy property when there 21 great video
When I am roaming the streets of Soi Buakhao for the grannies, this is where I stay. Stay at the new units they are more modern and brighter, the older units are a bit dingee.
The location is prime. The pool is very nice. The internet is bad, very slow, I was court 3. The restaurant is good too. Laundry service is very close by too.
Thank you for your comment. Sutus Court is not the most luxurious and has its faults, but the location is fabulous. If you have time check our vlog and review of th-cam.com/video/InuoJQxZNjQ/w-d-xo.htmlsi=NfJXmA-_yoDMdpHM which is just around the corner. Have a great evening
Sutus Court has four blocks named Sutus Court 1, Sutus Court 2, Sutus Court 3 and finally Sutus Court 4. They are differing qualities in each block and also have sepperate prices accordingly. Sutus Court 1 offers better decor than the others but is also the most expensive. None of the rooms has a safe.
Yes the room was dated and I don't think I could deal with waking up to a bright red fridge whilst hanging from the night before. But for the asking price with on-site restaurant and pool I might endure the fridge or drape a towel over it😆
A while back they were allowing you to stay for nearly two months without a visa. Check that out. Also if you cross the border into Cambodia at Poipet and come back,.you get a new visa for free
Thanks John Sorry to say this high season is crap it’s only the Thais making more money from visitors go up to the villages there is no high season. Sorry to say but the greed of the Thais is driving us to new lands Cambodia, etc I can’t blame them with the quality of drunken expats.

So are there hotels in the area equipped with British style 3 prong plugs. We alwaya moan about the Thai ones and the adapters falling out

Those 4 blocks are cleverly named!

Great location though 👍🏻
My friend used to stay there and had a room with carpets - not the best. It is what you get, cheap and dated 🤔
Thanks John
