Omit/reduce the sugar. U need the milk as a sub for the rich flavour of eggs n butter. Oil is used as the sub for butter when blending but tbh it lacks that ‘butteryness’.

I tried this one today .......it turned out to be amazing...just wasn't spongy enough...don't know why....but the taste was .yummy....... Thank you so much for this recipe
