The fact that the walls are pretty much intact without any sign of damage after this much time and after that much damage above, tells me that the original assessment to vacate the premises was made in error.

The sink that was broken look like it was alabaster very expensive it would have been used instead of porcelain sinks as it does not spark if hit.

Everyone wants something for free when it costs thousands of dollars for camera equipment. I just spent $1600 on a Canon D80 full kit and I probably will only use part of it.
