You have the best presentation with the setlist and the interactive chapters. Quite a talent you've got, Jack Straw. *off topic question ... why are you considered from Wichita?
Tuscaloossa , Baltitmore, St .Louis , if you ask me abou the best show of 77 i have to go for the show witht he best Big River and that si Baltimore . That´s where their groove is the deepest
i saw many '77 shows, including the legendary spring ones and, at the time, the Cornell was not considered among the best of the period. Steve Parrish, on his TH-cam, said within the band themselves, Cornell wasn't even considered the best show THAT WEEK!
@@franksantorelli4196In fact, for the first few years of the band, and certainly up to 1977, they did listen to the shows religiously after the performances, often the same night But, yeah, Jerry would have probably been far less enthusiastic than the average Dead Head about his music.
The quality of this recording is OUTSTANDING. Studio quality. Thank you 🙏

Hey Jack😆
Tennessee Jed was slimy in the best way possible.
Jerry searching for the groove early, a bit rushed then Band grooves in with the more uptempo openers

I wonder if they were aware of what they made just a few days prior.
I don't think they did. Just another day at the office.
I don't think they were concerned with past shows. Certainly not in the way fans were. Jerry did not want to listen and hear his mistakes😂
