One of the 1st big trucks ever l was Paid to Haul Tree length Softwood logs in Northern Mountain infested Alberta & Northeastern BC ,Canada. Configuration was a S/A pony up Jeep & 6 Axle Pole trailer &:8 Axle Super B Short log hauler ,Both Middle 80's Mack's one a 1984 Superliner with the V8 the other a Cabover with same power unit. Very Fun time's that was. Black ice heaven.
Ahhh... Just listen to that turbo whistle! Love an old Mack. They put 'em all to shame. There ain't a driver a-runnin' any line that's seen nothing but taillights from... Well, you know what I mean. Cheers, truckers! Happy gear-jamming!
Adoro estos tipos de arreglos, mantenimientos, y recuperar camiones, autos, camionetas, tractores, antiguos. Saludos desde mi país Chile, mi ingles no es perfecto por eso les hablo en español, I hope you translate it and answer me (in English).
Hey man I don't know where you get parts but I need some help with trying to teach down a starter for a earlyer square fender 112 with the HH 100 Tecumseh the ole girl needs a starter. Any help would be appreciated
I'd check with Fulton Mower Salvage in McConnellsburg PA, they ought to have a decent used one for sale. It would be more cost effective to rebuild an OEM starter than to buy one of those cheap aftermarket ones on eBay, in my experience those are junk and they just don't last.
@@minnesotaoliveranddeere5919 Yes they ship parts anywhere. Tecumseh went out of business a few years ago so that's probably why you're having a hard time getting a new one.
Broken or worn-out detent springs. You'll have to split the trans to replace them. It's a pretty common problem with the Peerless 4-speeds when they get to be this age.
The W9 was sold over the summer. Currently he has an International 4070B Transtar, but we are searching for another Peterbilt 359 or something similar.
MichaelTJD60 compared to the cabovers I’m used to seeing here in Michigan, those 4070Bs are a whole different breed. You can tell International was trying to stick out with the way they designed the truck. Nice to know that he’s looking for another 359. One of my favorite trucks next to the older Kenworth Aerodynes
Depends on how much work it needs and if it comes with any extra or unusual options. The H1's just dont have much value compared to the H3's. For what it would cost to restore it properly, you could just sell it and buy a nice H3 instead.
MichaelTJD60 ok thank you it needs engine rebuilt needs repainted needs transmission adjusted needs new front tires needs a new back rim and axel seals
@@topfuelkustomz3729 Engine rebuild done correctly will cost you probably $500-600 if you use aftermarket parts. The tractor alone really wouldn't be worth much more than that in good working condition.
Love a V8 Superliner
Dad had a B-61.....he loved that thing.....whenever he talked about it he a.twinkle in his eye.
Superliners are some of my favorite rigs. Can't get enough of em. Great video brother!
Thanks!

@@MichaelTJD60 I'll take note. John Deere has been useless. Can they ship parts as well?

Seen in one of the comments that the Superliner was sold. I take it that this leaves the W900A as the only truck in Ryan’s collection?
