Ben only exchanged supplies with the bandits because he was being manipulated. The bandits told him they had his friends, and that if they didn't give them the supplies, they'd kill everyone. Carley/Doug got killed by Lilly because that woman was really on the break of just losing it and anything would've probably set her off. I don't have much to say with him leaving Clementine, except he was just really scared. He didn't really open the door, he took the hatchet from it because he needed a weapon. He didn't know that the hatchet was holding the door closed from the walkers.
Sam Russell I feel like killing Lee and Carley off were both bad decisions. If any two people should have died it should have been Ben and Ken early on. And they could have left the homeless drunk guy in the group (forgot his name). smh. I don't like this game.

Just wait. This game's writing really makes you think about HOW MUCH you really hate someone. I hated Larry for a time, and wanted him to die. But when he had his heart attack, I still helped him. When they're in danger, you think to yourself "I want them to die, but not like this" This game's writing is just fantastic
This is the best zombie game ever in my opinion because it puts you in a situation were you have to make tough choices. It gives you an actual taste of how it would be like if you were in an actual apocalyptic world. Other zombie games you just shoot and the whole storyline and the type of person you are is decided.

Then at @2:23:20 I didn't know zombies have reflexes that quickly and are capable of grabbing onto something while they're falling. I know it's just a game, but these things easily catch my attention
Lee most likely has a Glock-18, they have a standard magazine capacity of 17 rounds. Besides all the guns in this look the same, so they are just used as plot devices. Meaning, the writers don't have to follow real world gun specifications. "It's a gun, he uses it to shoot stuff." That's all you need to worry about.
Someone help me 1:49:50 - for me this animation between lee and molly doesn’t play for me, and instead after getting the car battery it just goes back to lee in the school corridors and molly is just hanging around. The next step in the same by all the tutorials I’ve watched are that Kenny and Brie need help ect but that just isn’t playing for me, and I’m just stuck walking around the corridors with nothing progressing. I’ve been on this bit for hours and I’m really fed up lol , is it a glitch or is there something I’m missing??

Really? Like are you talking throughout the whole game? Even when you had to decide to help him kill Larry? I didn't like Larry, but I didn't want to kill him without knowing if he was really dead. Plus, Clem was there. I didn't want her to see that... But now that I'm thinking about it I can see where people were coming from who DID help Kenny kill Larry. They were taking pre-cautionary measures, they didn't want Larry to potentially turn and hurt Clem. I also couldn't side with Kenny over taking the food in the car, I didn't want to teach Clem that it's okay to steal, especially since we didn't know if the people who owned the car were alive or not and she didn't want to steal so I didn't want her to be upset with me either (Lee). But still, I can fully understand the people who decided to. They wanted to make sure Clem got fed and I can't blame them at all. A part of me wanted to take it because I was really concerned about her getting fed I just couldn't bring myself to do it (especially since she objected to taking the food as well). The Walking Dead is so good man... Can't wait for Season 2.
After getting to the second rooftop, it teleports me to the HQ without the dialogue between molly and me. Now i cant get Kenny to come out the door. Any ideas how to fix this?
Think my game is glitch..when I came back from gettin the battery I didn't get that cutscene where Molly took off..just showed me infront of the classroom door and nothing esle happens..I walk by the playground doors and nothing happens..I go to ask if the other 2 need help and they say no..does anybody know if my game is glitched or did I miss something..I interacted with everything esle and nothing happens to progress my game
In the Ben taking the axe situation, I think the walkers covered up the door windows with their blood. Can’t telling it whether it was new or not, Ben thought it must’ve been okay to take it. I love Ben too. He’s an example of a ‘I’m tryna help but I mess up every single darn time and I am frustrated because myself.’
Ben is pretty much at fault for some deaths in the game. He pretty much killed Carley, made lily take the RV and leave. Because he didn’t give the bandit the supplies duck got bitten and died and katcha killed herself with guilt. Wish Ben was never in the group. Edit- He also pretty much made Chuck sacrifice himself because he didn’t have the balls to save clementine. What an asshole
I will admit that his actions did cause some of the deaths in the game. He wasn't the one to kill Carley (or Doug) and that didn't make Lilly take the RV or make the group leave her behind. He was only giving the bandits the supplies because they told him they had their friend, and when he realized that it wasn't true, it was already too late. They told him they would kill everyone, and he didn't want that. Blame the bandits for getting Duck bitten. If they hadn't set the attack on the motor inn, the walkers would've never gotten inside in the first place. He's just a scared kid that doesn't know what he's doing. I'm sure some adults would be the same. Chuck sacrificed himself to save the group, not just to save Clementine. He was staying behind to take out the rest of them.

Really? Like are you talking throughout the whole game? Even when you had to decide to help him kill Larry? I didn't like Larry, but I didn't want to kill him without knowing if he was really dead. Plus, Clem was there. I didn't want her to see that... But now that I'm thinking about it I can see where people were coming from who DID help Kenny kill Larry. They were taking pre-cautionary measures, they didn't want Larry to potentially turn and hurt Clem. I also couldn't side with Kenny over taking the food in the car, I didn't want to teach Clem that it's okay to steal, especially since we didn't know if the people who owned the car were alive or not and she didn't want to steal so I didn't want her to be upset with me either (Lee). But still, I can fully understand the people who decided to. They wanted to make sure Clem got fed and I can't blame them at all. A part of me wanted to take it because I was really concerned about her getting fed I just couldn't bring myself to do it (especially since she objected to taking the food as well). The Walking Dead is so good man... Can't wait for Season 2.

yeah I'm having this issue too. It also skipped the cutscene of everyone running indoors and kenny asking (stupidly) if the walkers saw them

Think my game is glitch..when I came back from gettin the battery I didn't get that cutscene where Molly took off..just showed me infront of the classroom door and nothing esle happens..I walk by the playground doors and nothing happens..I go to ask if the other 2 need help and they say no..does anybody know if my game is glitched or did I miss something..I interacted with everything esle and nothing happens to progress my game

I had the same problem... But if you choose chicken ( where you have to make the jump) instead of the other choices it seem to give you the cut sene.

Ben is pretty much at fault for some deaths in the game. He pretty much killed Carley, made lily take the RV and leave. Because he didn’t give the bandit the supplies duck got bitten and died and katcha killed herself with guilt. Wish Ben was never in the group.
Edit- He also pretty much made Chuck sacrifice himself because he didn’t have the balls to save clementine. What an asshole
I will admit that his actions did cause some of the deaths in the game. He wasn't the one to kill Carley (or Doug) and that didn't make Lilly take the RV or make the group leave her behind. He was only giving the bandits the supplies because they told him they had their friend, and when he realized that it wasn't true, it was already too late. They told him they would kill everyone, and he didn't want that. Blame the bandits for getting Duck bitten. If they hadn't set the attack on the motor inn, the walkers would've never gotten inside in the first place. He's just a scared kid that doesn't know what he's doing. I'm sure some adults would be the same. Chuck sacrificed himself to save the group, not just to save Clementine. He was staying behind to take out the rest of them.
