I'll add a running list of things that we either forgot to mention or got wrong: 1) Frost mentions that the skill "Adrenaline Rush" is exclusive to Lucent, which isn't true anymore. We made the video before the second title update was live (so we had no way of knowing that Adrenaline Rush was also on Violet Mizutsune's armor as well). 2) Frost completely forgot about Follower Quests and failed to mention that Lucent also appears in a Support Survey. (thank you Landon Riley) 3) Frost also completely neglected to showcase Lucent Nargacuga's Wyvern Ride (the dummy makes a video dedicated to every Sunbreak Wyvern Ride yet forgets to add Lucents Rise smh) 4) Frost states that Lucent's 'running bite' attack is from Nargacuga in Rise. This is incorrect, as Nargacuga had this attack in Iceborne. (thank you 007Access B)
So happy to see more then half an hour of Nargacuga goodness. Sunbreak has done an amazing job with the Rare species. They still feel really special as they should.
10 months late, but the invisibility -> wingarm slap combo at 20:28 is actually an Exotic Narg move as well, albeit with the added invisibility to start it, as well as being slowed down a lot, as a lot of Frontier moves were in their transition over to the 5th generation of MH sadly.
quick lil correction the running charge attack that lucent has was actualy given to base narga in iceborne his sunbreak version also has this as well, something weird about sunbreak narga is that they got rid of his jumping bite into tail swipe attack that he had in iceborne and gave it to lucent exclusively in sunbreak. also the attack that shoots a line of spikes at the hunter isn't from frontier but is a burrowed and reworked attack from g rank silverwind
Extremely well made and broken up into cohesive organized sections! I adore Lucent and was extremely hyped to see it return. And I love this type of vid. You should make a whole series of them on some of the most prominent monsters!
Actually lucent was in 2 quests in sunbreak as of title update 1 as you could also fight it in follower quests in the jungle and it will also apear in expidition tours after beating it once in the forlorn arena
@@BluMNBafnGaming on the hunters notes it says gold and silver can actually go to those areas where for Lucent it doesn’t show any area because he can’t exit the forlorn arena So I very much don’t believe he can appear on expeditions

It would be nice if you could include more lore about the monster (which I understand would be very scarce for lucent specifically) in another video of this format though. Good job!
Apologies for pointing this out, but you may be aware of it already. The first 'Super Move' Lucent performs at 23:09 was a much tamer version of Frontier Narga's attack. Except in Frontier, Narga (or its Extreme cousin, Peerless Narga) uses the spinning attack to kick up a fog before doing a super fast lunging attack.
I’m honestly so happy lucent gave gunlance a skill that boosts shelling damage outside of artillery. Now if we could just get sneak attack decorations so I can put it on my set even easier. Pretty please capcom?
The new Lucy blademaster weapons having one point of sharpness means protective polish is at its most efficient. Its pretty powerful in the right hands.
The poison rain attack Lucent Nargacuga uses in Sunbreak is btw more simular to the poison rain attack Frontiers Blinking Nargacuga used than to the one of Frontiers normal Nargacuga.
Lucent's weapons reopen trauma for me because they're named after the stars in the big dipper. Devil Survivor 2 named their 7 major bosses after those same stars and all of them past the first 2 are horrific battles that push you to the limit in preparation and strategy execution because they each have their own gimmick for game ending the planet.
I hate regular narga, its attacks are times weirdly (IMO) and it is overrated af. But I Love lucent, its colours are beautiful, its attacks reminds me of bullet Hells but actually fair and its invisibility is a Beat Gimmick
It would depend how much you would value being able to play it online. Plus, while there certainly are people who still play 3U online, it is relatively small, so that’s another thing to take into account.
