My question is how come some main stream bands don’t sound this good live with full on production and no limit budget and here these dudes are in a garage smashing it live on TH-cam like it’s the biggest chance they will ever get and they fucking smashed it. Most pro bands don’t sound this close to this original live. Kudos man.
No guitar techs, no drum techs, no lighting, no pryo, nothing but the amps they are plugged into and the pa. If you don’t respect this you’re not a musician. I’ve been playing guitar for years and to do this live this good takes balls and skill. But mostly balls.
Most musicians play at low volumes in their bedrooms, and write music. They never get to the point of playing live shows weekly in a garage at a higher gain and Volume. With higher gain and higher volume, all the playing techniques have to compensate and the strumming hand gets an extra job of volume control. It's like someone driving a Honda Civic at 60mph vs. a Rear Wheel Drive Race Car at 60Mph. More power equals more crashes and spin outs. A lot of the musicians never work on playing live, just writing songs. That's why Weddng Bands, and Bar Bands are usually better musically than most of the signed artists.
