Yeah what Sean Street commented towards the end about Ms. Love objecting so much that it works to affect the jury is spot on! Because that’s how I feel watching, it’s very difficult to follow and focus on with so many interruptions.
To me it’s just looks like she’s trying to hide evidence that’s how I would take it as juror.
its so wild to me how a judge doesnt remember what happened 12 hours ago yet confidently sustains objections on subjects the state had asked the exact same way. If this was federal court, trial wouldnt have made it past trial-day-3. But here we are trial day 124 the judge sleep, jurors have chronic Stockholm syndrome and ms love is on her 912th mistake while still testing the boundaries as if she knows no way this case getting a mistrial. We need judge Krause for this because I know professionally the court always leans to the states side naturally due to their dynamic working so closely together for the same outcome. But this has been on an entirely egregious level. Love and the judge have laughed together so many times but its people lives on the line and other felony cases on hold with actual crime weapon evidence and victims afraid by people out on bond for 3 years thanks to this trial.
Ms love objections increase the time of the cross by at least an hour and a half. If we did a objection sustained counter, ms love single handedly has more sustained objections over NINE attorneys COMBINED over 124 days. Let that sink in lol and i can see if they were all public defenders but... no these are some heavy hitter attorneys in the entire state of Georgia. So somehow 90% of their objections are overruled while the DA who has "court ordered" remedial law classes due to their misinterpretation of laws gets 90% of their objections sustained? like today majority of the objections were exact same questions she asked or at minimum opened the door for. The judge either is tired or has a amnestic syndrome thing going on. I am trying my hardest as an advocate of the law to give her all the benefits of doubt possible but in federal court a judge wouldve instantly warned Ms Love today to pick her objection battles wisely because we wont be holding up these jurors for your passive aggressive strategies ma'am.

The state knew this argument was coming. They just hoped it made an impact in the jury when it was first brought up.
Steel made the objection when it was being discussed coming into evidence that the repost date was being used. The State felt that just because it was a repost, didn’t mean it wasn’t being reposted for that reason.
Love objects to break up the cross examination. It’s a strategy. It breaks his points from coming across clearly. It works too.
