Once again, well done little brother! Going back in time and checking out your previous builds. I wasn't familiar with the JBL Club 1024, until watching this vid. It's out of stock on Lazada. Now it's 2021 and there is probably a better model/ brand available? Hang in there and keep up the good work with boss CM 🐕 supervising. All d best! 🙏🏿
Thanks. I do not recommend this certain model of JBL also the Stadium, S2 and S3 model. Their front rubber surrounds easily unglues even on normal music listening.

Beautiful & Meticulous work!!! You detail everything to the most small piece of the project. I even liked how you routed the wood to recess & hot-glue the speaker wires that would run underneath the port. Well done 👏 👏 👍😎👍
I've just ordered a second sub and was thinking of building a box like this, but was unsure of the size of the port in the middle. Am I right in assuming the middle section of the T is double the width of the section running along the back wall?

Great job perfect, I have not seen such precise work in a long time. If we weren't separated by the distance, I would have placed an order for this type of work. I am waiting for more materials. Can you write me what glue do you use?
Looks really nice. You did a really good job. Not sure what your box is tuned to or the exact air space for it though. Not sure if u posted dimensions for it or not. It looks really good though, but a lot of us don't have the same exact tools that u had. I don't have a Roto zip. I do have a router, and a saw but that's about it. I do appreciate your video it gave me some good ideas though.
Hello Rob, thanks for the feedback. The layout, dimensions, tuning and calculation are displayed starting from 0:12 to 0:45 on the video. There are links provided in the video description to the Tinkercad layout. Also, the router table I use is purely DIY. Check out my other videos too to see how I DIY my tools. :)
Alright man thanks a lot for your help. I appreciate it a lot. A lot of good ideas and things were answered for me in your video. Hope to build my own soon. I know I will at least need a double baffle though. Using much heavier subs and a lot more power.
Charcoal Monkey thanks for the highlight my dad actually has two twelves in the back of his solara 😂 with an amp big like he calls it a bomb like it stores energy and a big ass fuse but we pretty broke but he bought that back when he won a slot game and got about 9k but I want my car with bass but I thought jbls costed a lot more than that I think there probably low watts or smtn
Thanks for sharing your design. I got a question. Is the glue really enough to keep the box together, you don't need to brace or screw joints? I would think the constant impacts would eventually wear this box down?
Hello thanks for the feedback. Yes you can add screws to further strengthen it. For this build I'm aware that it won't go beyond 400rms so it's ok for just the glue.
