Uganda has embarked on a new era of processing hides and skins into leather as one of the efforts to add value to products. The concept is intended to ensure that Uganda’s raw materials fetch more money compared to what the country earns from exporting raw materials. SEE TV got access to the leather factory in Kawumu, Nakaseke District.
