I will say one thing though, all groups of men in Uganda have some racial bias, but till this day, I have never seen one Indian man have a child with a Ugandan woman and left her to raise the child alone. I was in Uganda before it got its independence as a young boy and felt sad when indigenous people were not treated well but believe that it is humane nature to take advantage of weaker people of economic status and different cultural values that have been imparted/inherited for centuries and adhere to these values dearly.
