Thank you for sharing this interview with Glenn. It was super helpful, and full of insights into Theosophy, especially Helena P Blavatsky.

John Nash (John Forbes Nash Jr, the beautiful mind! He was put to institutions because of his multi-dimensional capabilities. Nash probably could have contributed far more to humanity if then, the society and people at large would and could have been just a little more open-minded. By the way, one can get very addicted to Lama Glenn Mullin's teaching. Thank you so much for sharing.

@@GuruViking I only just discovered your channel a little while ago but I know from looking at the title of the various vds that I'm really going to thoroughly love it and enjoy it .
I met glenmullen many years ago in a bookstore in South Philadelphia on South Street called Garland of Letters .
He did a talk and then afterwards I hung out with him and we had a really nice time .
Very cool guy ; easygoing , friendly , light-hearted ... great sense of humor.
      Wonderful man !

Thank you for this excellent series.
I wonder, at the very end, Glenn advises, that one not be led astray by extraordinary visions. But where does that put the shamans that he seems to revere in some cases? Surely they must have ceded to those visions and delved as deeply as possible into them, burrowing into non-ordinary realities. Where might he draw the line?

I understand that Madame Blavatsky was not received well by everyone wherever she went. She was not accepted by an occult group in Paris and she was rejected by an American brotherhood after she was initially accepted into it. She then focused her attention in India, where she met someone of similar intentions to herself.

Theosophists from the 1800’s remind me of the movie “Trading Places,” in which idle rich people bet on our souls for a dollar. Wouldn’t you rather take Pascal’s Wager?
