- In this video you will learn how to make Gestures controlled home appliances like fan, bulb, tv etc. APDS 9960 sensor is used to control Gestures. In this project three appliances BULB, TV and FAN had been controlled. Right and Left Gestures are used to change the devices. Same way UP gesture is used to ON Device and DOWN gesture is used to OFF Device. The components used in this project can be bought from Amazon. Code for this project and circuit diagram link is given below which can help you to make this project successful.
Components used:-
(1) Arduino Uno board
(2) APDS 9960 Sensor
(3) 16×2 LCD
(4) Relay board
(5) Relay Driver board ( ULN2003 )
(6) Jumper wires
(7) 9V Batteries (2)
(8) Battery Connector
(9) Battery to Arduino Connector

Through relay we can connect load which can isolate power with control circuit

The code is given in description box. And you must have to connect driver for safety of arduino and to operate relay. Thanks
Bro where should I connect Vcc of arduino to relay driver. Either in 12v or 5v
Both supply must be different and ground must be connected. Means you have to give arduino supply from separate adaptor and for driver you have to use different supply of 5v or 12 v as per relay selection 5v or 12v relay

Might either having problem in LCD or supply of LCD. Check LCD separately is it working or not? If LCD is ok working separately then check your LCD connection

You have to add sparkfun_adps9960 library please add it from Google. Just search apds9960 library. Thanks

It's relay driver board which is prepared by me but it is easily available on Amazon and other apps. Just search relay module.

You can control multiple appliances but for that you have to do short of change in programme.

VCC1 stands for arduino supply and VCC2 stands for relay supply
