- An explosive new lawsuit filed against Florida’s foster care system accuses state agencies of fabricating evidence, falsifying records and secretly collaborating so people connected to the system could take children for themselves.
This is no different from child trafficking.

U can go threw court and file for custody in the city the child was before taken, they should even give u a court appointed attorney, u don't have to go threw cps, they make u think the only option is to go threw them.
The courts are just as corrupt as cps. They all work together. The lawyers aren't for you but for cps also.

Missouri cps and family courts are so corrupt. They lied from day 1. I have it all documented. I have phone calls with my case worker saying she couldn't provide me a reason as to why my children we're in still in custody after my case was unsubstantiated. They kept mail from out kid to us in office for over 8 months until I found out they existed. My middle daughter was hospitalized and medicated in a behavioral hospital for 2 weeks and despite me having had contact w my CW she never mentioned anything about her being in there. They removed my girl's in March 2020. We never laid eyes on them since that day. Not 1 visit or nothing The police investigator the was on our case even went to court on our behalf. But I never seen my daughter's again

I became their worse nightmare. My sister and brother in law signed POWER of Attorney for my 3 nephews and my niece to me.What this did was ENABLE ME TO ATTEND THE FAMILY COURT HEARINGS WHICH ARE ALWAYS CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC !!!
Since they signed the Power of attorney over to you, are you able to petition the court for legal guardianship now?

You should have someone in the family sign a motion to intervene as soon as possible. It’s a way to let the court know the children have family members. are vested in the court case, want to attend all hearings and can be placed with them
My two youngest were also illegally kidnapped from thier school and transported in a cop car and released to cyfd!!! These false agents need to be stopped, arrested, and sentence to prison for thier criminal actions and criminal mentality!!!!

I would like to be part of this lawsuit. My son is in foster care. Hasn't been adopted yet as far as I know, but they took my rights and refuse to give him to my family who loves him. My son is the one being punished the most being ripped away from everything and everyone he's ever known.. I never harmed or neglected him on the contrary I was a very involved parent that loved and cared for him more than any other person in this world.

My family and I are living this out, word for word, as we speak. We have put everything in our lives on hold or completely canceled so that we can live in a hotel in Florida to fight. The issue is finding people in the right positions to fight with you as the corruption is spread wide. It's been pure hell aside from some visits with our family member that we are here for.
Same situation here in Alabama. Paid a law firm almost 10,000 that did nothing and moved out of state. We now believe they were a part of the network child trafficking. We have no lawyer now.. rights terminated 2 wks ago. Someone help please???

My five grandchildren were adopted to a woman who beats them. The children gave me pics and videos of the abuse. The abuse hotline did nothing.

Exactly what is happening to us!! When we told DCF I had lost my kids 20 years ago their whole attitude changed! Florida law says a child can’t be placed with anyone who has had a felony conviction of child abuse or neglect. My record is spotless, not even a traffic citation. The DCF investigator used only my 20 year case on the home study(judge ordered it)and lied on it. When I complained to attorney general and they forwarded it to DCF to “investigate”. Their investigation consisted of asking the supervisor what happened, and case closed. And, we adopted the baby’s bio brother years ago. They STOLE my grandson!!

This is happening big time in TEXAS. Our governor has placed special protections on CPS and CASA and made them Untouchable. They can lie to the judge and even sign the judges signature on paperwork and there is nothing you can do about it. We have experienced everything in this story and can't find anyone to help us fight CPS and CASA. Our Family Law Attorney dropped us as clients when he thought he was going to have to fight CPS.
Let me know how y'all are doing. My daughter's newborn was taken from the hospital. CPS lied to judges. The lawyer provided us never spoke up. We never got to tell our truth. There are family members willing to take the child but CPS won't talk to anyone. Unbelievable what has happened and what kind of people work for CPS.
Don't give up encouragement, *ALL* officers (Attorneys/Magistrates/Judges/DCF Personnel) are either Bonded by a State or private Surety.
If there ever is a claim against that insurance -- then they could never again be doing that type of job again, because if you crashed your car then the insurance rate would go up, so likewise they would never get coverage to work as a parasite in those capacities in the future.
They are *not* untouchable, just sick the IRS and Secretary of State on them with a few special forms (4506-A, W-4, 3949, UCC Lien), and even learn about commercial liens against their mortgaged house which doesn't need a Judge to make it legally legitimate for bringing them to claims court -- especially when you can prove something unlawful when they step out of their official bonded capacity.
Educate yourself and start filing motions on your own. We have evidence of the lies and ball dropping tactics they use. Get all discovery on your case. Then as we do file file file. Screw attorneys save your children.

I’m in Lake County Florida and I did everything DCF told me to do and past with flying colors, or so I thought. They then turned around and told me because I am on Social Security Disability, I didn’t make enough money to raise her. I had read on their web site that when the relatives don’t make enough money, DCF has a fund to help us. When I asked about that, they told me there was no funding. Made no sense to me. I haven’t been able to see my granddaughter since September of 2019 when she was first born. I couldn’t take her at that time because I was in the middle of hip operations. I recently was heard by a judge and he ordered that I could have one hour, once a month , supervised visitation with her. I had to go downtown once again and redo my finger prints once again. Now Im still waiting on hearing when I can see her. I want to get on this wagon to be a part of this court case and have reached out to Octivia Brown. Hopefully I will get a responce and in return how I can go about fighting this decision. Im mad now after crying for 4 years!
Well if you wasn’t living off the government then there won’t be any problem taking care of kids but sorry your kids deserved to give away someone else who can afford take care of kids better than you.

This is happening to me and my family right now. I live in Arlington Texas. They have taken my babies. They have done everything to keep me and my family from getting my children. They are legally kidnapping my babies...
I’m a father who hasn’t seen my son in eight years.
His mother was caught in Casper, Wyoming in a hotel room with several strange men she was high. She was drunk, and she was trying to give sell or trade away my son when he wasn’t even six months old. I was under the assumption she was visiting her parents in Montana. CPS said their main concern was for the safety of the child so they decided to try and reunite him with a mother who told them that she didn’t love the child. She didn’t want the child and that she was not mother material.CRAZY.
Not butter year later she was pulled over in Montana drinking and driving with him. I got a call from CPS just to let me know that they were going to try to reunite him with the mother.
The courts treated me like it was our who had done these things and still to this day. Their main concern is to collect child support.
I haven’t seen or heard from my son in eight years.
I’m waiting patiently, for I’ve given up on any hopes of reunification through the courts or the justice system.
Some days it’s almost unbearable. other days I scrape bye.
The day will come.

How can this government sanctioned racket claim to be humane, and cause destruction and death under the guise of " protecting the most vulnerable"? Federal charges, as well as wrongful death charges, and many more, must be made against DCF, and those who associate themselves with DCF, must be arrested, charged, convicted, and sent to prison for committing crimes against humanity. This must be done in the name of the families, both then, now, and to the children who are still being abused in foster care. The truth about DCF must be told regardless of what DCF says. Also, a thorough investigation must take place as well as being audited consistently. When DCF claims to "protect the most vulnerable", they're really taking about themselves. Why? Because as of late, their so-called state sovereignty immunity does not protect against being exposed, nor themselves being reported, arrested, and subsequently facing legal prosecution. Continue to stand in your truth, family.

This exact situation happened to my family. It’s been a little over 4 years, our boys were taken, for alleged neglect. They tried splitting my husband and I up, by saying the boys were not allowed to see me if my husband and I were together. They falsified documents and drug tests. I lost the little boys, that I once had they are not the same well behaved boys, all they did was take them from us, and cause them trauma,and much much more. Then, they were gone, just like that once they were unable to get the boys from family. But did have my mother in law convinced we were terrible and unfit even though we were productive members of society, with absolutely no reason to keep out boys from us. We desperately wanted to fight against them, knowing what they were doing, we didn’t have the funds or resources, it’s got to be the worst feeling in the world you loose a piece of yourself. I pray 🙏 you are able to sue and get back what little of your sanity and hope and love that’s left from these monsters. Please keep fighting for the ones of us that couldn’t sincerely Kansas U.S.A.

Because they are trafficking the children. Good looking children probably get adopted quicker and that has something to do with their money. Maybe they get a bonus the faster they place them permanently.

I've lived in FL since '75 and from way back then I always had the feeling they were in effect stealing children. Just different things I saw over the years, you could just tell from hearing of cases that they weren't trying very hard to reunite and did things that seemed way off.

Ever notice they don't do this with the older kids with behavior problems? Nope they send them to family or foster care. They want the beautiful well behaved kids or babies to make money for adoptions.
Almost a year ago my nieces ex husband took her and their six kids by gunpoint away from their home and to Wyoming and South Dakota where he was from. They reach his friends home and that night he killed himself. When the cops came and a cps worker come they see dirty children and a dead man and a gun in his pocket and guns in the van. They wouldn’t believe my niece about them being taken by gunpoint. Within 30 minutes of them finding her ex dead cps took my nieces kids. And then a couple days later they put Tabi in jail for bs charges that weren’t even real. They wanted to try to say she committed murder. This is such a long story. The charges were bogus. Most dropped. She got out of jail and has been trying to get her children back since. My cousin has tried to steal two of her kids. I had two of them and they were taken from me and placed into a home of someone they didn’t know. This story is so much more involved, too involved for a short comment here. But hearing this story makes me wonder what the hell is going on. I’ll tell my story if anyone is interested. My niece is fight our cousin, another couple the little boy was placed with, and we are hoping the courts do the right thing in June. But we do not trust the system.

They stole my son and a year later I get this letter in the mail about a family member I may have in foster care and the main paragraph sounds good talking about," their agency places a priority in building connections to community and family members to their children in care and it's important for the children to know their family history and build those connections." but they don't even follow their own rules. I wonder if anyone has ever heard of a judge reserving jurisdiction and not allowing parent to Plea guilty/ not guilty at the beginning of the court process of a 2nd removal? When 1st removal was five years prior with different circumstances? So they somehow put it all together when it was two different scenarios. Then ultimately terminated parental rights using first time removal against parent, but child was returned then and the 1st situation was worse because the child was actually hurt, but from an accidentally injury. Which they really pushed their opinion , with no proof or facts, strongly asserting someone had to have intentionally harmed the child because accidents can never happen.. When 2nd removal child wasn't even hurt at all in any way shape or form. They don't need facts or proof when they trick or force people into a contract, I mean caseplan. plus civil burden of proof has different standards verses criminal.? Not 100% sure but they make these in shock/traumatized parents agree to a pre-made plan ( that they were supposed to be included in creating, according to the rules so it would be case specific to their needs) but after parent agrees willing or not to Caseplan the state doesn't have to prove anything regarding the removal. In fact you can't even bring it up at trial, apparently you can only talk about the case plan!! It's a wicked backwards system full of liars and theifs claiming they are helping families. When in reality they cause more harm compared to whatever the parents may or may not have done 9 times out of 10... I'm glad people are finally starting to fight back. I hope some justice can finally begin to be served and force them to follow some of their own rules....

How do I file a lawsuit?? Against the Dept. (CPS) and the Judge?? My son was wrongfully snatched and just found out that the call they said reporting Medical Neglect was not made. I have proof. There is soooo much that I need to tell. I have tried reporting caseworker, attorney and judge but they lie to the Ombudsman and Internal Affairs, which do not require proof/evidence to prove my complaint frivolous. Yet I have proof to back up my complaints, that no one seems interested in!! PLEASE HELP. Thank You!!

Something really needs to be done about these monsters . I am in Arizona and the system had "corrupt files" which resulted in placements that should not have happened. It delayed court cases and so on. DCS here used to be CPS until they were sued.

THEY TOOK MY KIDS WHEN I WAS RECOVERING IN THE HOSPITAL FROM A MVA! Not at fault but they wanted to put that in the allegations, mind you I did not see till 4 months later. Was NEVER served anything, or even told me the removal of my girls. PARENTAL ALIENATION since day one! My civil right for DUE PROCESS was denied or was never given any information, resources or communication before or during the hearings. My voice and my childrens were silenced! They coerced me into thinking I have no rights or unable to do anything. My kids are BOUNCING around in the system SEPARATELY. My oldest has been baker acted over 8 times within 2 months and countless more. Hospital visits, placements, and so much more I am not made aware of!!! Days, weeks, and even months I would not be able to see or speak to my kids. They still continue to hold me from my children. Both my daughters have wanted to come home since the unlawful removal of them! They never wanted to leave and were not in any IMMEDIATE danger or harm during the removal either! SO MUCH DAMAGE just so much they are causing my daughters and I to endure! They have not contacted any relative residing in Florida and have not took one single step to place my girls with the Fictive Kin who is WAITING and WANTING to help, but only spoke with the case manager once! I was able to remove my daughter with by staying until law enforcement came. But nothing done from the countless acts of abuse and neglect, and attempted murder on my oldest daughter and even told me to my face in front of the officer IT WAS MY FAULT! ALL by the G.A.L told my kids I never wanted them, never loved them but wanted to adopt my daughter. I called CPS 3 months before my auto accident to help with my oldest daughters SEVERE mental disorders. But no help, and still both my kids are abused daily!!! HELP!! ADD ME TO THIS LAWSUIT!!! I have spent days learning their policies, our Fl statutes, the Federal Statutes, DCF guidelines, and exhausted just about every resource to prepare THE TAKE DOWN of this corrupt system. Over 450 children have DIED EACH YEAR for the past 3! Its on DCF's website for the public to see. KCI shows on there website of extreme turnover percentage of over 120% and the caseworkers are overloaded. Just another beautiful innocent child was taken too early here in Marion County due to no supervision. TO choke to death, yes choke to death on a medical latex glove.... SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE TO SAVE OUR CHILDREN and actually get the help and resources parents need with the communities support!!! We can no longer this! And it is SICKENING to say, that I have more evidence of abuse, neglegence and even abandonment to my children on the systems behalf! My case alone will break this corrupt system! My next steps, Internal Review and FBI to help with the FEDERAL laws that have been broken. I am going to SAVE my kids and I will NOT STOP until the TRUE SAFETY and 'BEST INTEREST' of our children are out of the devil's business and brought to JUSTICE!!!

Is DCF a human trafficking organization? What am I to think? There was and no reason to keep my granddaughter from me. I haven’t seen her since she left the hospital in Leesburg Fl in October of 2019. What do I do? How can we be heard? My tears are all dried up. I have so much to give my girl, so much love, but others have made her life decisions to live with folks who aren’t her blood. Is this about politics? Is this about money? DCF has not done anything to keep my granddaughter with blood relatives! I’ve been here the whole time and call to inquire and so much. But slam. I don’t get it!
