Description of abilities:
Gambler Dice (P):
Active (Ctrl + 1) - Twisted Fate rolls 2 dice for 20 gold. There are 6 possible results depending on the amount of points on dice:
2 - critical failure - Twisted Fate loses 100 gold and get exhausted.
3-4 - failure - Twisted Fate's next ability is weakened.
5-7 - average - no effect
8-9 - good - Twisted Fate's next ability is slightly enhanced.
10-11 - luck - Twisted Fate's next ability is enhanced.
12 - critical luck - Twisted Fate's next ability is significantly enhanced.
Wild Cards (Q):
Gambler dice bonus effect:
3-4 - failure - Twisted Fate throws one card instead of three cards.
5-7 - average - no effect
8-9 - good - Twisted Fate throws a fan of three cards 3 times. Each card have a 25% chance to have blue/red/gold card bonus effect.
10-11 - luck - Twisted Fate throws a fan of three cards 5 times. Each card have a 50% chance to have blue/red/gold card bonus effect.
12 - critical luck - Twisted Fate throws a fan of seven/six cards 5 times. Each card have a 100% chance to have blue/red/gold card bonus effect.
Pick a Card (W):
BLUE CARD BONUS: Deals magic damage and restores mana.
Gambler dice bonus effect:
3-4 - failure - Deals 30% less damage and don't restore mana.
5-7 - average - No additional effect.
8-9 - good - Deals 25% more damage and steal enemy's mana.
10-11 - luck - Deals 50% more damage and steal enemy's health and mana.
RED CARD BONUS: Deals magic damage to the target and surrounding enemies. All targets hit are slowed for 2.5 seconds.
Gambler dice bonus effect:
3-4 - failure - Deals 30% less damage. No AOE.
5-7 - average - No additional effect.
8-9 - good - Deals 25% more damage. Bigger AOE.
10-11 - luck - Deals 50% more damage and burn ground for 4 seconds.
GOLD CARD BONUS: Deals magic damage, and stuns the target for a duration.
Gambler dice bonus effect:
3-4 - failure - Deals 30% less damage and root the target instead of stun.
5-7 - average - No additional effect.
8-9 - good - Deals 25% more damage and root surrounding enemies.
10-11 - luck - Deals 50% more damage and steal 20-200 gold from enemy champion.
12 - critical luck bonus effect - Twisted Fate picks a prismatic card that combine all 3 cards bonus effects
Stacked Deck (E):
Active - Twisted Fate can activate this ability after Gambler Dice use, to get bonus effect.
Gambler dice bonus effect:
3-4 - failure - Basic attacks have 50% chance to miss.
5-7 - average - No additional effect.
8-9 - good - Basic attacks deals 10% more damage and have a 25% chance to have blue/red/gold card bonus effect.
10-11 - luck - Basic attacks deals 25% more damage and have a 50% chance to have blue/red/gold card bonus effect.
12 - critical luck - Basic attacks deals 50% more damage and have a 100% chance to have blue/red/gold card bonus effect.
Destiny (R):
Gambler dice bonus effect:
3-4 - failure - Twisted Fate don't reveal enemy champions.
5-7 - average - no effect
8-9 - good - Twisted Fate channels his blink 2 time faster.
10-11 - luck - Twisted Fate can use Pick a Card (W) ability before recasting his R, to enhance it with blue/red/gold card bonus effect
12 - critical luck - Twisted Fate can use Pick a Card (W) ability before recasting his R, to enhance it with prismatic card bonus effect

It's the proposal. He could spend 20 to get extra strength to gain several 300 from kills and massacre the enemy team or screw everything up and even fall behind support. He would be an incredibly hated hero to play on your team.

Love this system but needs some sort of gold gen in his kit otherwise he'll be significantly gold starved for items and deal considerably less damage even if he has lucky rolls.

Maybe instead of actual gold, TF can have his own system of "gold credits" , that work similar to Draven's stacks from farming minions/champs.

His passive grants him more than enough
he literally gains free 1 ot 6 gold per minion multipling with his crit chance
This TF would get 30% WR, everyone would laugh at it then will come this one in a billion times where you get the prisma at the right timing (enemy team stacked, you have flash and you're actually in the fight)

Reminds me of Gambler (Maverick from the original warcraft 3 dota) who used his gold as a resource as a gold oriented carry (quite literally shooting almost all of your wallet in ultimate at the enemy and if he survives he loses all his money iirc) or Orc Magi from Dota2 who's core mechanic is that he is quite literally canonically the dumbest hero in the game, and his ultimate is a one handed bandit jackpot machine that is 100% rng.
I would absolutely fucking love this kind concept in League or what you made up as essentially a joke, but unironically (probably not on tf though since he is basically considered to be the most fair champion in the game rn lmao). No one else would though becaues "competitive viability" and because "rng is annoying".

ogre is not the only hero that embraced RNG
another big example was CK
his entire kit was based on RNG that's why he was called rng knight
his q is random at max it can go from 1 sec to 5
his W where him and his target ends up is also rng it could be near the target, near CK or in the middle
his E is also rng since it's a random crit
and the crit damage is also RNG
it's icon is literally a dice
and finally his ult is also rng
the number of illos he can summon was also rng
ogre and CK are part of the few heroes that uses true rng
majority of RNGs in Dota is pseudo random
I think the only other hero that uses true rng is spirit breaker
that's why people have nightmares about being perma stunned by SB
Gambler lose all his money regardless if his target survive or dead. However, he can wager on the enemy, if they die he get a bunch of gold back. And since his ult deal bonus damage base on his gold, he never really buy items and can oneshot anyone even the tank in late game.
For orge magi, his passive make all of his abilities to have a chance for multicast. His first ability is a nuke fireball that can stun. So if you get lucky for a multicast, you can easily nuke enemy down with 1 ability

There is a small damage range around your actual auto-attack damage, where your damage is rolled inside for each attack.
Chaos Knights damage range is around twice as a big as the other heroes who should all share the same range.
Man this could really turn into something rly fun. His actual E ability could turn into a passive and the gamble could turn into his E ability. And then effects.
Riot: We can't rework Twisted Fate. It's too big of a gamble.

I like the passive. Waaay better than the current passive. TF likes cards and dice games and this really makes him feel like a gambler. You really have to balance risk and reward this way instead of just being weak all the time for no reason.
You dont pay with ingame gold. You pay with Riot Points.
dude like awesome editing and coding stuff aside, your GAME DESIGN is really fucking excellent. Your use of colour in informing enemies and allies how strong the TF effects are and how they'll affect you is really cool, and not something I'd expect from someone just making for fun content! ngl, I would like to get some champs abilities like that, rng based, like in dota, I this design is cool except for the -20 and failure thing, but everything else is very cool

the big brain move is using ult after a failure so enemies dont even know you ulted because the eye doesnt appear on top of them anymore

actually this would be a great addition to his E so it would have an active and passive on it. His regular passive will generate gold and this should equalize it with the risk

It would probably be better to put this on his ctrl+5 like other champion "special features" (Aatrox's wings, Kai'sa's helmet) instead of taking up his emote slot on ctrl+1.
I was thinking it could be assigned to his E ability to gamble, you can't use the bonus effect until you roll the dice anyway.
Basically, use E to roll the dice and then have the option to recast for the stacked deck bonus effects (or use the bonus on Q/W/R)

Tbh concept is huge but need more balance :
Q: 8-9: Fan is 2 instead of 3
10-11: Fan is 3 instead of 5
12: Fan is 3 instead of 5
W: Blue 8-9: increase dmg and mana gain by 15%
Blue 10-11: increase dmg and mana gain by 35% and target loose 33% of mana gained
Blue 12: increase dmg and mana gain by 50% and target lose 50% of mana gained.
Red base: now slow is 30%
Red 8-9: 10% increased dmg and bigger aoe (halfway between showed and base aoe), slow increased to 40%
Red 10-11: 25% increased dmg, slow increased to 50%, bigger aoe, gain 5% more dmg for each subsequent targat hit
Red 12: 40% increased dmg, burn the area and slow is increased to 75% while in the area, 50% when not in it.
Gold 8-9: 5% increased dmg, +50 range until depleted
Gold 10-11: 12.5% increased dmg, +75 range until depleted, gain red card base aoe, enemy caught take 50% base dmg and stun.
Gold 12: 25% dmg increased, + 100 range until depleted, gain red card 8-9 aoe, enemy caught take 75% base dmg and stun.
Deleting gold steal since it already does much by having aoe
Making a new overbroken card when hitting 12 is way too much, even for doom bots
E 12: Get the effect of 8-9 W
R 8-9: 0.5 earlier tp.
R 10-11: halved tp channel, throw a card that combine all 3 base W effect with blue card dmg on next auto. Dmg increased by 10% on the card. (Equivalent of 50% dmg amp on the card)
R 12: 0.5 channel time for tp, throw a card that combine all 3 W with 8-9 effect with blue card dmg. 27.5% dmg increased on the card. (Equivalent of 100% dmg increased on the card)

It could be balanced if gambling was his ultimate and it has couldown 20sec and buffing his passive a little so he can get a little more gold and it will be better if you get more chance getting a good roll in your next ult if you kill an enemy's and it increases the more you get kill's In a row 1 kill = + 10% chance
double kill = + 20% chance
Up to +50% in a pentakill
This effect dost stack
It return to 0% after you use ult .
it will be more useful and lor accurate than his actual ult
His old E shouldn't change
His Q should relese more projectile's the better the roll

There just needs to be a way for tf to get money more money too (and not just gold cards)... maybe he gambles with chips, and you only get chips from minions (like GP's own currency).
But I feel like the prismatic part can be added to league in some way😂 that's actually a solid idea. And turning him ult into a kamikaze could be interesting.

Considering how fast gameplay is today, all these dice rolls take too much time
TF will be already five times killed by Akali, Fizz, Vayne etc before he would roll that dice even once
Even if this is just a simple doom bot, id love to see TF actually being reworked in a similar way. Using R teleport offensively instead of just tping to catch/surprise the enemy is quite the concept, or being able to throw an enhanced card as a skillshot. Riot needs to see this
