bro, what was your hunting issue you found, when you testing you achieved from GOVERNOR actuator values of 8.9 vdc and 2 AC voltage from pick up sensor , hence where u finally reached the troubleshooting

You should disconnect component from governor and then check resistance.
One issue arha ha Generator under frequency shutdown
And Generator under voltage shutdown
But Rpm is ok and voltage also ok
After I inactive frequency and voltage then we started Generator is working fine
And we active generator under frequency and under voltage shutdown active then not cranking and locked out showing

I have got an issue from the Generator Cummins KTA19G4
It gets RPM variation between 1512 1506 1497 1488 etc when start it but the voltage is good
So how can trouble it and how to Mach actuator with control card some one asked me we have to Mach both of no before fixed it
I hope you can help me
I need to know how to troubleshoot it and how to check MPU and Actuator
For the magnetic pick up sensor,
Run the engine,
Check with multimeter the AC voltage at the speed control terminals of the MPU,
You should get between 1 & 1.5 VAC

I would suggest you to do a proper video and explaining in brief how each component works then explain how you resolve the problem of Engine Hunting. You are just showing and telling us what you saw and just few explanation. Hope you understand my point.
