Brandon you can take a small spray bottle 3 drops of peppermint oil mix together and spray them and where they are for feas.If you need more just mix it up in a bigger bottle.
Brandon, you guys should use that Alka-Seltzer plus cold and flu medicine. You can either use the sizzle for morning & the night time or use the capsule or tablets I swear by them because I felt like Brandon and I use those and I am better less then 2 days , they are great❤

We get up whenever we hear anything thats not normal. We ended up putting these solar light as we only have 1 outside outlet around our place. It helps us see more than our fladh lights.

My waterers were always getting filthy until I hung one up and the other I put up on some landscape rocks. Now the water doesn't get nearly as dirty. I still change it daily and add vinegar to keep the Algae down.
Your silkies would lay eggs if you put a nesting box at the bottom of the coop under the ladder. Where the hen will feel comfortable. Silkies won't go up the ramp into the higher boxes. I used to have them. Also, I have used the square milk crates and an old drawer 24x24 with straw. Once they go broody, they will hatch all the eggs you need for more chicks. 😊🥰❤❤

Steph, Brandon, 🍵 To help Dixie with keeping her calorie count and her own energy up and so she can produce enough milk for all those growing puppies. She needs to be getting a good quality PUPPY kibble. You can also give her about a ¼ cup of cottage cheese🍚, greek yogurt, or even a small amount of vanilla ice cream🍦a couple times a day. You can give an egg 🥚or two a day. And you could also offer her any of your veggies from the garden🥒🍅🥕🫑🌽(no hot peppers🌶 😉). Ideally, Dixie should have UNLIMITED SUPPLY to PUPPY KIBBLE and CLEAN, COOL WATER so her body can keep up with the demand the puppies are putting on her but also dont want to draw in any critters or small pests to her food. You might want to start putting up a board across the barn opening high enough to keep puppies in and still let Dixie out on her own, because those little white puff balls are gonna start moving towards that door when she out taking a break. They will definitely be easy targets for any predator being so bright white. 🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐕

Change the waters to the 5 gal bucket with water taps or scoops attached keeps water clean and fresh

When I live on farm we put up a big yard light on a pole. You won't be walking around with a flaslight

Be very careful putting turkeys with your chickens...ask a friend but from my experience turkeys have a bad pecking drive
