Cayson really watches his dad and what he’s doing and then he emulates it as best he can… Sometimes it takes more strength than he has but he gives it all he has and I’m so proud of him. I was small for my age but I was determined to lift everything I could and carry it even though I probably shouldn’t have (it, can cause back problems later in your life). I know the llamas really appreciated. You holding your hand flat Quetion so they could eat the food right out of your hand. That shows a lot of braveness. You’re such a special boy to love the animals just like your Dad, .& Your chickens Love you, too. 😊❣️
I life every I want to just like my papa he had back surgery a few years back and still doing the same thing he did before surgery. They try to tell me to pick stuff up differently but the way I pick stuff up is just how my papa does it and we both work for are money. We both carry cash and no card. We both are sore but we kept working. So everything I know is because of my papa. I really don’t give two s**t what people think

Those blocks have salt in them you need to move them off of the concrete if you don't want to destroy the concrete and don't set it next to the fence because it will make the fence rust real fast if you don't believe me just ask Daniel Arms

Concerned with the meals that come in and are cooked in plastic. Even if it is said they are safe. It is not safe to cook ing plastic. And they adds to the landfills. Wish they came in the cardboard type containers. Please think strongly about popping it out onto a glass plate to cook. Layton looks thinner but maybe actually taller. Our days are in the 80’s and 90’s- not as hot as you, but we are locked in smoke from fires everywhere. Its really not safe to go out, so watching you outside is a way of me getting out
I use in Canada Heart to Home Meals. I like the soups and Turkey and Poultry. The food I get is frozen and 2 minutes to 10 minutes in microwave. They call a day ahead.

Love a pet pig. We had a guard pig named Herman. He slept on our porch and guarded our house. And he also liked to herd cattle. 😂 he learned that from our dog at the time. He was so friendly. I loved him. Of course being a farm, he eventually fed our family. It was tough as a kid sometimes when you get attached. It was way worse with our bull named Albert the Bull after a giant bull statue in Audubon Iowa. I grew up near that area and had to see the statue any time we were near the area. Albert got very very large and he too fed our family. But he was a gentle giant. I took that one way harder cuz I fed and watered him.
You guys just keep entertaining us. I always tried things when I brought stuff for the animals to eat. Romeo looks so much better than when you bought him. Is he still a stud? Next time a vet comes out if he isn't just make sure there's not one up inside. You guys should be proud of what you have accomplished. Such a change that your family has accomplished. I live in PA. If I lived closer I would give the male a home. They are both great dogs. My dog right now is 9 and he starting to show his age. I usually get a dog about this time so it keeps him going and the pup can learn by following examples. Kayson has grown-up so much. Being on the farm has given him a place to be himself and grow. Great job by you guys!
This blocks and buckets are a good idea, but what about the llamas since they roam free? Do they actually need any of them? Are you still feeding everybody hay? I can’t believe how big the puppies are getting. They’re so cute and Wilbur is getting so big and they play so well together. I love how gentle the llamas are getting. I, like others think, that Romeo and badger are fighting because they are in tact so maybe think about getting one of them fixed so they can all be together or are you planning on breeding them. I love how the kids jump in to help around the farm. It’s so beneficial for them to learn these things not only for themselves, but it will help them socially as well.
It's territorial thing it happen at our barn between donkey and llama. Donkey was at one end of the farm and the llama at the other end and if one crossed over they fought till the other one left. The ponies were not by where the llamas hung out so it was game on.

It's the ups and downs that makes us appreciate and love what we have. Those great big horseshoes will light you up.

I dont know Alpacas, but I do know horses, and Badger and Romeo remind me of 2 yr old colts playing together in their pasture.. they get rough enough to make me wince, and they get a bit beat up, but they are just teenage boys rough housing. Idk if this is the case here, again, because I have never had Alpacas, but perhaps they are similar?

Maybe if you use cream rinse on the dogs after they are washed will make the stick ties easier to get out of the puppies hair

I hate to ask but did they make sure the goat block they gave you was safe for horses? Often blocks for ruminants (cows and goats ) have ingredients not safe for horses.
