I LOVE how you put together your videos! With so much Linen do you iron everyday on vacation or any packing tips to avoid wrinkling fabric?

Thank you for the City/Winery looks! I usually think “beach/tropical” for vacation, but love big cities too

Will you do this for the fall? Love it!

Chi, this was fabulous! For my age (almost 60) and size (L/XL) I would replace some pieces with others that are a little longer and/or covered up, but most would stay similar. The only piece I would completely forgo is the jumpsuit. I would rater have 1 more top and 1 more bottom instead of the one-piece item. Thank you for the video! It was fun to watch.

Great ideas!! Will use all the tips. How do you handle the wrinkles in linen from packing? Do you pack a steamer? I love linen but don’t ever pack due to wrinkles.

Linen wrinkles in 5 minutes as you are wearing it. You have to like that look.

I wish you also add tops with sleeves for those who are not comfortable wearing sleeveless.

I’m 67. I won’t wear a midriff top. I love the sailor pants and the black blazer. The shorts are little too short for my age. I love the linen tank top.

In hot tropical locations, mosquitoes are attracted to black and dark blue. Only tourists wear black, and they're the ones hunting repellent and are covered in red blotches.
    Locals wear lighter colors.
    Otherwise, nice collection.

Thanks for the info. I just got back from a month in PH and only work black & navy. I didn't have any issues with mosquitoes, but it's good to know!

Light colors also reflect (away) sun & heat better than dark colors. Maybe a light blue could be a good/versatile swap for black or navy? Or peach or pink ☺️
Edit: Just got to Chi’s peach dress 😊

@@reneeh.1249 mosquitoes hide on the dark colors. They know they're safe, or so I'm told.

I was just wondering are people wash clothes on holiday or take it to laundry or something? Bc in tropical place you'll sweat and i dont want to put that same cloth again

Also linen creases within the first hour of wearing! Better to get a cotton mix

Yes, I wash in the sink and hang to dry in the room, go to the local laundromat, or use the hotel's laundry and dry-cleaning services.

I really like your outfits and will steal your ideas (mostly). But linen ? on vacation ? who has time for constant ironing ? wearing wrinkled linen makes me look like a bag lady!

    • @irairod5160
      @irairod5160 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

I wear mostly linen in tropical weather, and I steam or iron my clothes once, when I arrive to my destination. The rest of the time, I keep them hanging. The humidity makes the wrinkles fall out. Creases appear as I wear the items, but they are never enough, in depth or quantity, to make me look or feel like a bag lady. Ever! Are you rolling on the floor in your clothes? Why do you get so wrinkled?

Chi, the clothes that you are showing today, are making your legs cut off?
Also, one of the pair of shoes are not pointy shoes?…
    I don’t understand that 😮
    Sorry
