Super helpful review. Just traded my 2020 F150 for a 2023 F150 that has all on road oriented tires. I had Falken Wildpeaks on the 2020 and they got load after 5K miles. So I am looking for a bit less aggressive tire that are bit better on road manners, but A/T capable. Cooper Discoverer AT3s were an excellent tire back on my 2017 F150, and these appear to be the replacement for them. This is a super helpful review! I just may go with these or BFG Trail Terrain.
Just ordered a set of these for my 2021 F150 Lariat with the same wheels lol. Happy to see this positive review and love how they look. Excited to get these tires on my truck
Was going back and forth between these and wild peaks to upgrade from Hankook Dynapro HT stockies. The price on these is unbeatable and I only drive in snow a few days a year. Got them for 155 a tire. Putting these on my Tundra that I daily. Thanks for the updated review!
I had these installed on my Ram 1500 today. Much smoother and quieter tires than Falken AT4Ws that i bought recently but didnt like the road comfort and high rolling resistance with them. Your review helped a lot and i made my decision for tire change after watching this video
@@WilliamSwartzendruber I only had the falkens for a few days so didn't get a chance to drive them in the rain. But the coopers perform well in the rain. No issues at all
Just put a set on my 2019 Colorado, and I'm very happy so far, the ride is much smoother then I thought it would be. Winter is coming to Eastern Washington State but I think they will do just fine. I love them so far, looks great too...
I like the set I put on last year, '18 F150. 17,000 miles on them and they are all at 9/32. I think they start at 12/32 new. I have not rotated them yet but will soon. I had 1 puncture that was too close to the side for a shop repair so I plugged it and its holding up just fine. Ive had them in the upstate NY snow, muddy logging roads and sandy beaches of the Outer Banks and have yet to wish I bought a different tire.
My new truck arrived and I always upgrade the tires, usually to Wildpeaks AT3 or 4, and have done Toyo. The Falkens were better in wet and snow. I’m curious about these Cooper’s as they look great and are really inexpensive.
I'm about to order a set for a steal on Walmart and get a $100 rebate on top. Your review definitely helped with my decision! How heavy is your camper? I don't tow real heavy often with my F-150 (2019 XLT 4x4, 7k lbs GVWR with tow package) but I have considered renting 8-9000lb camper for a road trip. I feel that the load rating on these will be fine considering ~15% tongue weight and truck GVWR. By the way - WE ARE!
Hey Andrew. My rv is around 6000 lbs. Well under the tow capacity for the truck or load eating on the tires. I think you’ll love them and be fine towing. Thanks for watching. WE ARE is right!
Hey there, not sure if I am repeating anything anyone else wrote, I never read the comments, and I did step out of the room once and maybe missed it. I was wondering about the snow and the cold ice weather conditions because I was gonna grab the 4s's because they were more so of a all weather at, and lot of good reviews since they came out, and was wondering if cooper still rates these predecessors be as 4 season like and as reliable as the at3's. Appreciate you comment back, I see you have a lot to go through so I will be patient but winter is coming and I was curious, also mentioned somewhere I read was that the new cooper's were a step a head of the KO2s...I found that interesting as K02's are 10ply anyways appreciate your time, if you only have time for a short response the winter Canadian winter is what I am curious about
We don’t get too much snow here in Pennsylvania, but what I’ve seen they’ve done just great, and I don’t have any choice. I have to go into work first thing in the morning so they have to perform for me. Rain has been just fine, really have been totally pleased with them and every condition. Thanks for watching by the way.
If you drive in gravel roads do they hold a ton of rocks or do they eject them well? I have a set of Goodyear wrangler authority (Walmart only tire) and if I go down a dirt road they hold so many rocks that they won’t all eject until expressway speeds. Even the. Will still hold rocks.
@@michaelrauch8136 to be honest, I haven’t paid specific attention to that but I do travel the occasional gravel road and I don’t recall the tires holding on to the rocks so I would say yes. Thanks for watching.

I’ve got AT4W also and like them but will swapping to the Cooper ATs.
Was on the fence b/w these two tires and think I ordered right after reading. Also all the snow/ice testing on the At4w are surprisingly bad
