Power ONLY belongs to the people if the people know what "power" means, what "Owning" that power which is supposed to belong to the people entails AND, having the wherewithal to do exactly that which they MUST do, if they become subjugated and dispossessed of that power. That may be academic at best. We are engulfed by dysfunction that makes everything irrelevant until such time as we remove the shackles of dysfunction. Church and religion are not the same thing. Government and governance are not the same thing either. Honorable Mayanja Nkangi attended school at Kaabungo!!!
