Lol
thanks
Thank you I hate people like this who spend an enternity to get to the point.
Thank you
Ty
As someone who works from home, this really helped. Given that I have no commute, I’ll use lower km’s/year as a big bargaining point. I was always under the impression that leasing never leaves you a winner, but I think I can make a case in my scenario.
Business owner. I work from home with occasional trips to clients (mobile notary and accountant). Leasing made sense for the moment.
I think it’s really nice that you care about your viewers/subscribes by having them aware of scammers, most don’t disclaim that, by the way great video this helped me lot thank you
I want to say I watched this from start to finish and it was very informative so thank you Ryan, I learned some things about leasing! I’m not one to lease a vehicle (even if it is $0 down) but for someone who is inclined to do that, I’m sure that what you did with screen-sharing your convo with the broker would be especially helpful!
I took a lot of notes and you brought a lot of clarity to many questions. Kudos for posting this
Very informative video! Finally somebody who actually explained the essentials of leasing in a clear way. Thumbs up to you!
Agreed. Best thorough explanation! Same basic info for today’s 2024 market, eventhough filmed 3 years ago. 😂
OMG thank you, just thank you! You were so easy to listen to. Very informative, and I appreciate you!!
One of the best videos. Thank you for sharing! Super helpful and timely for me.
Sales tax is another key factor to consider. Most states charge sales tax only on the down payment, the monthly depreciation, and the eventual buy-out, versus paying sales tax on the entire purchase price when buying.
the best lease advice i got so far. thanks
I've leased a car for the last year and has been BY FAR more cost effective than buying a car and owning. Will continue to lease for the foreseeable future
Can I ask how ?
how? plz explain?
@@geneclover7748 I’m going to assume the low monthly payments and the included car maintenance. Depending on the vehicle he’s driving new, might also be getting real good MPG on the road and saving on gas as well.
💯unless you can afford to pay for a car in its totality a lease is the way to save money. We ALL know the minute you finish paying on your financed car it starts to give problems that require money to fix🤣
@Gas Pack has something changed in 11 years? I leased a 2010 Honda Accord and definitely had to pay for maintenance and repairs.
Been leasing cars as a job for a few years! Great tips for the public Ryan! Hope one day I can inspire my followers like this. 👏👏
Great video right on the point. Keep up the good work!
Very well thought out and presented! I enjoyed listening to you AND I was enriched with knowledge and understanding of this subject! Thank you for your time!!!✍🏽👏🏽👊🏽
This was the perfect video at the perfect time. Clear and easy to understand~ 1st time leaser... Great job!
dont lease
Hello. Shopping now in 2024, in addition to his video, do you have new helpful tips? Thanks.
I’m 18 and looking to gather information on payments and leasing vehicles as I get older and grow my business. This helps the most! Great video
Thank you, our car broke down and usually we just rush out and buy something, since my husband hates car hunting. I was trying to see if leasing had any wiggle room on monthly payments. You gave me not only that answer but alot of other things I never understood or thought about dealing with leasing, verses buying. Thank you so very much.
Good information. Liked the way you went over the whole process.
thoroughly researched materials I appreciate the effort Mr Ryan
Great explanation of leasing a car. Thanks. This was very helpful. Hope to use what I learned from you and put to practice soon
Hello. Curious, 2 yrs later, did this video help you at the dealership? Shopping now, tips to know? Thanks.
thanks, watched video without distractions -as instructed.
i feel i have a good starting point on this leasing business, now.
That was so helpful. Thank you for this guide, it demystified an intimidating process for a new leaser!
Hello. Did you use his advice at the dealership? Shopping now, helpful tips? Thanks.
This was very helpful and I’m glad you started from the very beginning on even the difference between lease and buying. Newly grad, no car buying experience and a woman on top of that, I fully expect for the dealerships to try to swindle me.
Get a Tesla the price is set.
Thank you for this. You always provide valuable information.
I took 2 pages of notes, I feel more confident leasing a vehicle
Great video and so in-depth. I’ve been considering leasing a car because I’d love to have a newer car.
Dude this has been so helpful and very impactful I’m in a sticky situation right now and some one recommended me to lease a car and when I start searching you came and broke everything down i will still take my time to make I have everything correct but the resources and information you gave was spot on and very understandable
This helped me so much! Thanks Ryan.
I really loved how you broke things down . I gave me hope👍🏼
I am not even in the US but found many of the pointers great in understanding how leasing works and whether it would work for me as I am living in a country different from my own.
So clearly explained too - I was able to clean my kitchen as I listened to your video and I def learnt a lot...
thanks
Please listen to it again while cleaning my kitchen 😆
Best explanation ever, it will be my instruction for the next car 🤗
Great vid, very informative 👍🏼
Thanks for the video. My car lease is up soon and no idea what to get next.
This has to be the most educational video I’ve came across. All in one video!! THANK YOU! I’m planning to lease a car in a couple of months but didn’t want to go in blind sided. Thank you thank you!
Thank you Ryan! Excellent! So helpful!
Best video on car leasing so far! Thank you sir!!!
Very welcome!
This was super helpful!! Thank you!

Great video Man… I took notes and I feel more than equipped to go to my dealer to discuss my lease. Thank you so much for putting this together.
Thank you so much...I took notes throughout the whole video!

Great video young man. You have made up my mind about buying versus leasing . Thanks a lot.

I’m only 4 minutes in bro and I appreciate you saying what you said I’m watching and paying attention full on 💪🏾
Very helpful, thx even though it was over my head in much of the info but I will explore a lot of your terms. Great job.
Great information! Does this guide apply to a leasing for a business/TRAC leasing?
Very informative video. Thank you Ryan.
Thanks, Ryan! You helped SO MUCH!
Happy to help!
I’m only 15 years old getting my permit soon. This helped me a ton. Thank you
Starting early! Love that!
Good job.
crazy. kids be peaking young
Learn to drive with an old Mazda miata or sum. Go to racetracks and pay money or find empty parking lots to just fuck around and do donuts and drift and learn to control your car. Like really learn to drive good and practice for a few years b4 getting something luxury and expensive. Open credit and build your miata a bit while you save up money for a few years. You'll be driving a m4 or sti or hellcat or something sweet while all your peers drive common volkswagons and civics and corollas lol. You'll be like 18 big pimpin my dude
Nice job with this tutorial. Very easy to understand. Ive never leased , but now i feel a little better able to do so if i ever need to. Cheers...
Thank You I Learned Something New Today 🦋
I grabbed a seltzer! Nixie Strawberry hibiscus is one of my favorites. Thank you for the helpful information!
So so so so soooooo helpful 🙌
New to lease and happy to find this amazing lecture. Worth thousands dollar. Thanks Ryan. Subscribed and see you in next 3 years lol
@andrew Cha....worth thousands.... To the dealerships profits
@@lazstan please stop arguing, when what you're saying is false and you completely missed the point of the video!
This is amazing 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
wow! this video was incredibly
helpful! you shouldve taught all my college classes 😭
Thank You! Very Helpful!
WE LOVE YOU RYAN👍👍👍👍
Really good video. lot of information covered
I only drive 17-35 miles to work, I think this will be a good option for me
The money factor indicates the interest you will pay on a lease. It's used to determine the finance fees on a lease with monthly payments. Great video thanks!
You pay no interest on a lease. It's not a purchase. You're just renting the car.
@@wolfrig2000you pay interest on your loan, you’re financing the amount needed to cover the depreciation, tax, and fees. $25,000 Car sale with a 63% residual, says the car buyout in 36 months is $15,750. So this means 37% depreciation is $9250 which is the portion you’re (“renting”) buying. Add on any tax and fees. your loan APR/ money factor will impact this amount.
@@wolfrig2000 If “interested” (pun intended 😊), here’s a short explanation of the money factor / buy rate for leasing. Yup, there’s a profit to be made in leasing too with interest rates. th-cam.com/users/shortsmAHzvXetQ4I?si=CFvukiSdboWTJIxS
Fantastic vid! Very helpful!!!
TY For All The Information. I wish I would have known this sooner.
The best video out there! Thanks
Great educational video! Thank you
This was beautiful. Thanks alot
This was a great video bro thank you
Loved this video truly thank you
I'm looking to lease a Honda Civic this weekend. I am so happy I watched this video beforehand. Now I have a clearer understanding to guide me through the dealership experience!
Did you get the civic ?
@@DanielCruz-js4oh Unfortunately I did not. I was oblivious to the current low supply/inventory crisis world. Thanks for checking.
@@deborahfisher2427 We have 0 mark ups at the honda dealership where I work are you willing to do MSRP ?
@@DanielCruz-js4oh I think I will check again in the spring.
@@deborahfisher2427 okay ,I work in sales in Findlay Honda Henderson if you want to do just MSRP.
Great video Ryan. I was shocked to see that we share the same last name!
All the best to you!
HAHA funny coincidence!
Thank you Ryan. Very Informative and refresher video. I am about to lease another car for the 2nd time lol.
Thanks for posting
I lease all the time. This video was very helpful in preparing me for my next lease. The dealer doesn't stand a chance.
this video is going to help me save money and make the process much smoother! Thank you!
Great video, its very helpful
Thank you! Very helpful 🎉
great information, thanks!
Best email about leasing! 👏🏻
man this was absolutely awesome. took so much confusion out of this! I've leased 2 vehicles basically blindly and i'm about to do my 3rd... but this time with some knowledge!
@Null nopee you will use alot of miles for that and leasing is not for high milage driving.
I feel like I haven't been seeing you as much as far as uploads😃
My boy just update the year each year, great idea. It's also for people who know you're wasting your money on anything aside from a toyota or Honda but can't afford to buy, so you can lease whatever you want.
Excellent video thanks
Thank you Ryan!
Excellent video. Thanks.
have a great score, check the tier one money factor , hopefully the car has a solid residual. BUT IF ITS A CAR IN HIGH DEMAND AND INVENTORY IS LOW. YOUR NOT GETTING A DEAL PERIOD
Good video thank you 😊
Thanks a lot for making this video :)
Ryan this is absolutely worth the watch. I’ve learned so much and now feel I’m well informed. Thank you for the time you spent researching this for us!!! 👍🏼
Glad it was helpful!
@@RyanScribnerWould love to know more about the buy-out please
Great video, thank you!!
Thanks Ryan !
Thank you. Great video and so useful.
What’s a great tutorial. Thanks
Great content! Thank you for this, Ryan!
If you could add a little more guidance in shopping the insurance upsells, that will be great for newbies like me to gain an idea on the ballpark number that we should be spending on these.
If you're talking about pothole insurance, paint stuff, limited damage, extended warranty and whatever else the dealership wants to throw in generally the answer is $0. Often your own insurance will cover those type of things and most of the time they're just needless money makers like VIN etching and what not. The exceptions IMO is when the offer has real value and was sincerely offered.
Dude super good video!!
Very helpful. Thank u
How do you use the calculator if you have a trade in with positive equity? I'm not sure how to reflect it.
I’m looking into a Subaru, great video thanks
Great video!
Thank you very much!!!❤️
Thank you!!! I’m walking away from lease deal now lol
Excellent video. I learned SO much. You are awesome Ryan. Question: I am turning in my lease and leasing a newer version of the same car in Aug 2022(Subaru Crosstrek) . Cars are scarce right now. Most are leased/bought in advance before they are even delivered to the dealership. This being the case, do I have ANY room to negotiate my lease fee? It's a new world out there. Thx for any thoughts you might have.
